There are some of the sites fishing for the credit card information. And that can be bad for anyone making use of the data. Because unless your card is single use set. I don't ssee that as a good option for adding that card into the system. I am sure that there are people who make use of the credit cards and have no issues. But you never know when things may change. And on that basis it'd be reasonable to add the information the right way.

I agree with you. We must be very careful on the sites where we put cc information. Me, I use virtual cc and never leave huge amount to be safe.

I agree with you. We must be responsible using it. Nowadays, many have been scamed because of using the credit card to buy online. We should be careful, not only on buying onlines but on monthly subscriptions too.

So far I have never encountered any problem buying on-line. I guess it safe to buy on-line. The first thing you should consider is probably you have to know first the website you're trying to buy products from.

The best bet is to be weary of fraudulent sites but established marketplaces online wouldn't go that low I believe.It either you buy from well known sites or you link your card to PayPal account that way that card is safe and secured if you cancel an order you can be sure of a refund,even a charge back is a sure thing for you.

It is better to create a separate account specifically for shopping online and when you plan to buy something just transfer the money from your main account to your shopping account. This is just a precaution against scammers and hackers, even if they get your details there will be no money to use or take.

ACCORDING to me i always shop online with paypal because its helps to get my money returned if something goes wrong by simply opening a disputes....!
Never use credit card for trial or paid offers online in GPT sites and nor use credit card with non-trusted sites you may get scammed

This is a better tip. Or instead of using credit card, just choose the Cash On Delivery if they are on the option. That would be safer. Well, good thing here in my country we can use reloadable cards to shop online.

Me too. confirming through phone would be better and more secured. This can also avoid hacking of accounts, just like fb that will inform you when there is a different phone or browsers where it is log in

Yes these days virtual credit and debit cards are in demand. And they can be good enough for the spending things online. I am wondering that if it were to be that easy, it'd require some level of effort. One can spend the money frm that card online. also I heard with entropay type of services you can use that to send the money and it goes both ways for accepting as well. so that can be something good as well.

I am just glad that virtual card are now available, it is more convenient and affordable since you just have to reload it if you need to purchase online. and it more easy now to verify your paypal account even without bank account or credit card.

I think it depends on companies you are willing to shop on their site with your credit card. There are reputable companies like amazon which you can use. Though it is not a guarantee but it is better if you intend using credit card for shopping.

Hello NO one is safe when buying online using credit card or atm you can be Traced by hackers Thives! i think suggest you should put an Anti malware ! in your pc or gadgets ,everyone can be targeted by tieves online!

You are right, you can never be sure when buying online, might be better to do it via paypal, that way you can protect your credit card's info, and paypal wont let those suspicious sites to scam your account.

It all depends on the sites you are dealing with. Some are highly legit and authentic and keep all your personal information confidential. Liberal use of credit and debit cards must be avoided.
