❕NEWS Will Bitcoin Face March Challenge with a History of Declines! 🤔

Bitcoin ended February up by 0.9%, at $23,200, and has started March with a rise to $23.7K. Despite March being an historically weak month for the cryptocurrency, with an average decline of 15%, the strong growth in January and February suggests bullish sentiment. A weekly consolidation above $25K could confirm this outlook. According to Bernstein, weakening correlations with the US stock market and macro events are a positive sign.

By the way, I read about this yesterday, but I did not think that everything was so serious. What is your opinion about these events? And what can happen to the coin in the future if, as you say, it has lost its peg to the dollar?
Well the worst thing that could happen with this is that it caused a systemic risk as happened in 2008 with lehman brothers, because high interest rates are the main problem of these events and there may be some other dead in the closet as the saying goes, on the other hand I do not think anything will happen with USDC I think it will recover its peg with the dollar, but at least I don't trust it anymore.

Yet predictions said since many months ago that bitcoin can face a plummeting until 10K dollars. Even an Italian colleague of mine, a financial influencer that publishes in my same earning platform, predicted March plummeting. And the Silvergate case (it may face the same FTX unhappy end) doesn't help at all.

USDC today started to win back some of its lost positions. A slight growth of almost 6% is seen. So everything is as bad as it always seemed. The most interesting thing is that offline events are now beginning to strongly influence the crypto world. Or maybe I just didn't notice it before?

Yes, the price has been almost at $ 0.96 has recovered ground, but has lost confidence certainly, lest you have not noticed it so far, the damage of interest rates always occur 6-12 months after starting to raise it and the first rise was on July 21, 2022, so we are probably at the beginning of seeing the damage caused, and they haven't finished rising it yet...

That is, you want to say that we are in for a difficult time, regarding the value of cryptocurrencies? However, I still don't think they will return to last year's low, if I'm not mistaken. If they sag a lot and there are some finances on hand at that time, then it will be possible to buy a little.

Not only the value of cryptocurrencies, but of the economy in general, tomorrow the Fed has agreed to an emergency meeting to see what they can do with all these banks that are at risk of illiquidity and bankruptcy, it will be a closed-door meeting.

They should probably be bankrupted, that is, the state should buy out the remaining liquidity. Instead of softening again, as they flooded all the problem areas with freshly printed dollars, which only made things worse over time.
I hope that after this meeting, we will not wake up in the morning in a new wonderful world!

Yes, printing money is the last thing they should do since it would trigger inflation again, also if interest rates rise it is to lower it and it would not make sense to do so, I also hope that the meeting is productive and we do not end up as in 2008.

Yes, I also hope that the necessary lessons have been learned from that crisis, or rather the crisis situation. In fact, that crisis did not end, they only delayed the final decision with their mitigation policy.
The most interesting thing is that it was at this time that Bitcoin appeared! Maybe it's somehow related?

Yes, the only thing they did is save the ship by printing more money so that it would not sink, and so we have been since 2008, yes, Bitcoin was born in that crisis as a response to the destruction caused by central banks as an alternative where they did not have control over your money, I hope that in this environment could act differently, but by bad luck it hasn't done it yet.

In fact, as I think, everything came back, only with even bigger problems, that is, during this time they had an even bigger bundle of problems, which they will now probably try to solve somehow with the help of cryptocurrency! Or maybe not. It is worth waiting for the decision of the closed committee.

Yes, today I will be monitoring what happens and I will comment to you through the forum, yes, everything is returning, and it seems that each crisis comes stronger than the previous one due to various factors, a more indebted society, a zombie fiat currency, the banking system increasingly irresponsible and leveraged.

Though it is true but the fact is that Bitcoin has been going down to the drain. The recent increment just started may be around last month or two months ago. So, if the decline comes in March, it is welcomed. Right now the price is $22k according to Luno.

Yesterday there was a sharp rise because investors are pricing a possible rescue of US banks and therefore injection of capital into the system, which would kill the previous plans of the Fed and its fight against inflation, are now in a paradigm where they must decide whether inflation or rescue banks.

If they don't come up with anything normal, then everything will roll down at a very high speed. I mean fiat currency! And the crypt will go up accordingly, only few people will be interested in this.nd leveraged.

Yes, there is too much fiat money but banks and governments do not seem to care since banks can continue to print money and devalue the currency and thus the purchasing power of the citizen, and the State can be financed infinitely without any repercussion, well without repercussion at least until now, I hope that one day all this circus will end.

Not only will it end, it will already end. Says a lot about it. This level of inflation is no longer possible to hide. Previously, printed money, for the most part, went to the securities markets, that is, to the virtual space, and now they are increasingly beginning to seep into the real economy, gradually destroying it!

Exactly, and on top of that we are now in a worse dilemma, which is to continue fighting inflation and continue raising interest rates, or calm rates and save the banks which can collapse due to these macroeconomic policies, we are in a really delicate situation right now.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it! We can only somehow take care of ourselves in order to iron out the upcoming problem, which many people see. However, there are people who believe that nothing extraordinary is happening and everything will be fine, like they will still print it! I feel sorry for them the most.

Well the one who does not want to see that he continues to believe what he wants, if then everything falls on him that they do not complain either, really nobody still has the reason or the certainty of knowing what will happen but when it happens we will all know who were those who were right in their analysis.
