UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?
  • Like all sites, you must first join.
  • Here you can only join with your email address and password.
  • The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
  • They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
  • The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
  • They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
  • They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
  • This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.
How Do The Tests Work?
  • The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
  • The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
  • Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
  • You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
  • You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.
How Are You Paid?
  • The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
  • You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
  • Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
  • You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
  • You need to request your payment from the company.
  • It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.
The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

Has anyone joined this site and how do you like it since it was rebranded?

I am using Chrome. Same here, so now thats the first thing I check into when doing my daily money earning sites. Check to see if that is still turned on! Not sure what is causing it to turn off. I just couldnt figure why I hadnt received any tasks while I was reading different places about others were getting 4-5 tasks a day. Logged in just to check and surprised it was off
I think the issue is that Chrome auto-signs you out after a certain amount of time, where Firefox does not. I have to turn on notifications every day on Chrome (because I get signed out), but not on Firefox.

Thank you LightningProd for that information, I wasnt aware that Chrome did that. I find that Chrome works faster for me, thats why I use it over Firefox, but might have to change my mind :)

I also like Chrome better than Firefox, but the latter seems to be more reliable. I am really close to cashing out. Yesterday I got a $0.4 test, and now I only need $0.3 to reach the threshold. Hopefully, it won't take more than a day. Does anybody know if they require verified Paypal?

I need $0.1 to reach the threshold and request a payment, but the problem is the fact that I haven't received a single test for more than a week now. I also checked my notifications and those were on. Hopefully, I will be able to make at least one withdraw because the site is way too slow for me.

I've requested a payout but this message appeared a few weeks later.

AFAIK the test changes and payout changes happened months ago, so this shouldn't be affecting my payout. I trust UserCrowd but something doesn't seem quite right here.

Quite unfortunate for me. Since the rebranding of the site, I haven't received any test notification even though I have set both the sound and e-mail notification options to on. Can my geographical location be the reason?

Definitely agree with you @LightningProd. They decreased the minimum months ago and at that time, they already slowed down payments because of 'spike of payment request'. This should no longer be a problem because the people who originally had $10-20 should've all been paid by now. If they're getting a new spike of requests now, it's because of people who earned $10 after the update.

But for me personally, the tests have decreased significantly since they lowered the minimum. I seriously doubt SO many users are cashing out that they need to slow down payments.

Another, more believable, excuse would be they're busier during the holidays and don't have as much time to process payments.

Ive never seen this site before today.. but i just asked around and my sister and her hubby both earn from it.. so i know its legit. thanks for sharing here today.. nice to see something little diff. to earn from..

It's been approximately 2 weeks and I still haven't received a single test that would help me reach the threshold. I'm stuck at $9.99, so I would need a test that should be worth $0.1. Hopefully, I will be able to cash out at least this time.

Does anyone know if they're now sending out tests based on location? After not getting a test for nearly 2 months, today I opened up the page (just like I do everyday) and there were 7 (!!) tests available for me. Each one was worth 20 cents and in less than 10 minutes, I made $1.40. They were all in Japanese. Prior to this, I'd only gotten a couple of non-English tests. If they're giving out tests based purely on location now, that would explain why they've decreased the number of tests. Is this happening to anyone else?

@Miya I don't know if it's based on location but I also didn't receive a single invitation for a month and a half and today when I checked it there were 4 tests available for me - only one was in my mother tongue. I was finally able to cash out for the first time. I honestly think there's a glitch with the notifications. Not even Firefox notifies me anymore if I have the page closed and I have no idea why.

I also received an email which informed me that they had some third party that was trying to access accounts and passwords and they asked me to change my password.

I also got a similar message asking me to reset my password. They also added a captcha asking you to make sure you are not a robot when you sign in.

Also, my payment request from the 1st of the month still is review pending. If it doesn't process soon I'm asking support what's making it so slow.

@LightningProd I hope you will receive your payment soon. Please, let us know how that goes. I also have a pending payment request and when I clicked on Manage payments, I saw the same message you posted earlier with the "payout wait times being longer". The only difference was that in mine they said it could take up to 32 days, not 34.

I just received my second payment in one week after payment request. My first payment took more than a month to credit after redemption.

@Thatsit How many tests are u receiving in a daily basis? I have been disappeared from this site for so long since my first payment because nearly no tests for me in a month time.

I don't get regular tests. Just make sure to turn on notifications. My notifications turn off automatically every few days. I login to check whether it is on or not everyday.

Haven't had a test in months even though I have the page opened and notifications turned on. Today I checked my dashboard and realized that my tester rating has dropped from 100% to 99%. But I haven't had a test in months so what made it drop?
