I've heard that Craigslist can be a good marketing tool to get new leads. I've tried it, but I haven't ever had any success.

Be consistent in your posting and don't repost the same ads after a while
When reposting try to use a different ads so as to avoid spamming
Use very simple advert language and style to capture the interest of buyers
