PayPal is one of the giant companies when it comes to world of payment processors. It is the greatest company in the world, which is offering the service of sending and receiving money. The relationship of PayPal with cryptocurrencies is very intriguing. The payment processor never allowed its account holders to trade in cryptocurrencies. Even right now, you could risk your account getting banned if you try to deal in cryptocurrencies as there are many restrictions regarding usage of PayPal when it comes to dealing in cryptocurrencies using PayPal! Despite all this, the payment processor is anticipated to launch its own stablecoin known as "PayPal Coin". So, when can we expect it to get launched?

I don't think they need to because they directly have fiats like USD. So I don't see any benefits of owning their stablecoimn if they have a plan on making them. Other money wallet that has crypto doesn't make their own coin like payeer for example. It wasn't needed in their platform because they directly trade fiat

I do not see as well any advantage for them since for that they will have to prove reserves equivalent to holdings if they allowed investment which is a definite thing so why would they actually do this to get themselves into trouble this way ? Not Recommended and sure that they won't do this sort of thing at all ever even in the future indeed ahead of us .

PayPal is one of the financial institutions that stood their ground against cryptocurrency. They are against crypto and they are very vocal about it. I doubt the possibility of PayPal launching their coins. PayPal is enemy of cryptocurrency and they don't hide about it. If you look critical, you discover that crypto posses great danger to PayPal. PayPal is known for payment transactions across borders. You will believe that it is what crypto is doing with decentralization. How do you think PayPal will join its major competitor?

PayPal is planning to launch their stable coin? This should be some kind of development for the app I think and also I am really not aware big this till now.
You know people would find it a bit difficult to trust another stable coin especially the newly launched ones since what happened to people's investment in the last one that took a lot of money with it.

Exactly Right , Neither there will be trust also no regulations , and definitely stricter regulations , the users and investors will definitely look to invest is usdt if fiat is the only option they want to use and PayPal might not get to win the investors actually .

Hmmm, i don't think paypal deserve to launch a stable coin. i only know paypal to be good for business transaction not to have their own coin . it is really true that paypal is an enemy to crypto, which i think it doesn't always want the survival of crypto, the reason why paypal is into launching the coin is the downfall of crypto.

Paypal has no needs to launch a stable coin there reserves are always held in USD and they are pegged so why the need for stable coin. People use PayPal transfers to send and make payments on shopping websites , there is Critically no need and the Company does not looks like launching a stable coin Soon .

although I have actually not seen anything or information regarding that , they have not drop ehanthey would be launching the coin and others , it's seems they have not created updated plan or any interest on that for now , because if they have done that ,they would have updated

I wish PayPal could start by lowering their high standards to a lower bar. Right now, so many of us have lost our accounts and cannot use even these new features that they are starting. But it is great that they are now accepting crypto currencies and want to have their own stable coin.

it is really great to see that they are now accepting cryptocurrency , for the development of the payment system or mode , some certain things needs to be placed in consideration , and then accepting cryptocurrency is one factor that would aid the payment system development

you forget the security of defi and blocchain

it might actually seems PayPal are still concerned about the induction or introduction of cryptocurrency into their system , I really wish they actually consider creating their stable coin to make things more better

Well, I am also think the same thing. if PayPal actually had any kind of solid plan related to launching a stable coin, then they would have probably done so. It would not take a long time for a company like PayPal to create a token for itself.

if they see the benefit of making their own stablecoin they would have done so. still their main focus was the business sector. since crypto currency wasn't accepted to majority of the stores yet. they're not yet deep into crypto currency support

maybe they saw the benefits , because there are actually financial planner and all these blockchain technician , probably it's actually in not their book to emphasize more on the creating of their own stable coin ,that's what I noticed

I think this will be very difficult to happen, for example Facebook tried the same and its project was thrown to back you know by whom, PayPal I do not think it risks this since government entities would surely be thrown on them, but who knows

Yeah, if they were really interested in starting their stable coin, they would have done so. They have so much capacity. But they are still young in crypto currency acceptance and adoption. Let's give them time.

maybe, but they are really quiet after they adapted some crypto currency in their platform. so can't really say.. i don't really see much news about it and their crypto currency platform i don't see it either. well time can only tell maybe when the market stabilize they will

Right, they can never been in deep with crypto support because paypal and crypto seem to be enemies. As you said , their main focus is always in business that they think they can yield much profit.
