It appears that the US authorities have placed charges against this bitcoin exchange company (BitMEX) and also extended these charges to the leaders of this company as well. The executives of this company are accused of disregarding the US banking laws, and as a result the charges were brought on by the US government on 1 October.

Now with regards to high risk, there are reposts that the larger investors in this company have withdrawn over 50 00 bitcoins from this exchange in the last week alone, which begs the question of is this exchange planning to shut down and bail out with the profits? Are investors now worried about the potential lawsuit that is being filed? And what is the way forward for this exchange site?

What do you guys think about this? what do you believe is in store for the fate of this exchange?

well if majority of the bitcoin users would sell their bitcoins and the price would plummet I think some whales or traders or investors would take advantage of it and buy and invest
True but this type of risk is not a calculated risk as . The probability of succeeding in such a risk is very small . I won't engage in such type of risk unless when I have spare money

Well, I heard about this Crypto in another thread.

Anyway, I sent you the link in English, I think it is the better for everyone here to understand.

Definitely. English is my first language, so i am fluent in English. I think that these days with the browsers we have they automatically can translate the page into the language on your choice. But thank you for the consideration.

Don't worry. In Italy we only have Italian language. There is no second language. For this reason, you see, on the web, I have no few difficulties, unfortunately! :(

Sorry but there is something wrong with your link.
Forgive me but it redirects me to UTorrent.
I do not understand...
Thank you.

it's probably a bot or something trying to get traffic to a pirated games site i think
If you're talking about UTorrent, I already I tell you that is a program, to download everything (movie, games, pictures, ecc).I know it because I've alrerady had it in the past.
Anyway it's dont'matter with this discussion. (I believe)
I suppose, this user was wrong.

I agree with you. It is either a bot or a user that is attempting to scam people. It could even be spam. We need to be careful of these types of accounts in these forums.
This is the first time that something like this has happened to me here on BMF.
Maybe it looks like a real user but it really isn't?

Bitmex in legal troubles may be one of the things that Binance is trying to avoid by restricting its services from US residents and giving them only some weeks to clear out their funds from the exchange.
I didn't know that Binance has restricted US residents from activities on it platform. What could be responsible for this actions?

From the little I grasped from the news, it had to do with the KYC data of users of the platform. US wanted every user to do their kyc, also, I think tax issues were part of it.

Making KYC compulsory is not a bad if the US government won't want to access the data from Binance for anything questionable .Tax is Inevitable in US.

I thought that it will be gonna shut down if it continues underestimating the US government bank rules, so, it is better for him to pay all the fine and live peacefully.

I think to be better safe than sorry, members of this exchange should quickly transfer any crypto they have stored in this exchange to a different wallet, because if there should be a shut down of operations the members with Cryptos still stored in this exchange will most likely be unable to recover their stored crypto
