Are your staff members volunteers or do you pay them money? I didn't pay my staff members when I owned a website, they were all volunteers and it worked out fine for me.

Volunteers. If I could afford to pay them, I would, but I prefer having members in my team that do their job because they like it, because it's their hobby.

You are quite lucky that you had volunteers and they also did their jobs correctly. Nowadays there are many people who won't like to do anything for free.

I work for money because I need it, so I'm not volunteer. But I appreciate those who works as a volunteer, near future I can work as volunteer. But for now I'm working for money and I will pay if I get service from anyone.

Its hard to find volunteers to work for free. I have no idea how you managed to find some. It must be a really unique idea that you are having. Nowadays everyone works for money .. you ask for free and you get denied.
Nobody works for free, not in 2017, if they do it for free they still must be earning, sharing a referral link, gain reputation etc...

I have to agree with you . I mean not gonna lie. Doing that is okay for a beginner in money making. You could make some money by sharing the referral link . In any way .. everyone is trying to find an use of everything no matter if he is a volunteer or not

Money must be made. I believe most people surf the internet not just for the fun, but also for the money. This happens mostly among freelencers, so it would be difficult to get volunteers to manage a website for free.

Someone stated above that the volunteers are mostly newbie's and I completely agree with that.

Honestly, you must have been lucky to get those guys, it's rare. Nice efforts they are doing for you.

maybe if you are begginer and you want to learn something, you can be a volunteer while enhancing your knowledge and skill in such field but practically speaking, we work for money so you need to gather all information you need so you can start to work with fee.

I think there are websites still that are employing staff for free and they are Forum For U, they were offering position for a moderator without any pay so i never was interested with that.
