Spare5 Overview
Spare5 is a GPT site and iOS App that pays its community members to perform various micro tasks on behalf of its clients. One of the company's main functions is to use human skills in training artificial intelligence (AI) models to be more intelligent. Spare5 has worked with some of the well known brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Sentient Technologies, GoPro, Pinterest, and Expedia.

Getting Started
Anyone age 18 and over can create an account with Spare5. Registration can be done through one of several social media accounts or by email address. After account creation, you will be required to provide some basic information such as age, gender and address. This information will be used to pair you with available tasks. These tasks can be completed either by logging into their website or by using the App which currently only available for iOS devices.

The Tasks
Tasks are sectioned into the following categories:

Assess Language
Here you will be listening to audio voice recordings and describing the content, tone, meaning, and speaker attitude.

Annotate Images
This task requires viewing images and labeling the different elements.

Isolate Elements
For this task you will be selecting the edges of elements to separate them from the rest of the image.

Provide Keywords
This task is simply tagging photos using appropriate keywords. This information is used to train computers on how to interpret images.

The Pay System
The minimum payout is set at $1. This setting can be adjusted on the dashboard of your account if you desire to be paid at a larger amount. Payments are sent via PayPal every Friday.

Referral System
Under the Refer-a-Friend program, you can earn up to $20. Every time your referral earns $10, you will receive a $2 bonus, and the referral will receive $1. This will continue until they have earned their first $100 or through their first 180 days. Your referral link will be activated when you have received $10 in payouts.

I love doing those keyword tasks, but I only got once. Everything that's available is bounding boxes, which I do not like. Lol!

In my first day yesterday I've been allready earn 0,50$ in about 2 hours maximum. I hope today it will be at least like yesterday. An inconvenience is that the tasks sometime load slower.

I also checked it and I have no tasks too. My balance stands to more than $0.40. I wonder how some people I know earns more than $20 in a week. When it is new, I knew someone who earned more than $80 in just a week.

I think it is about geoposition here too, like the other many online money making sites, in USA/UK is plenty of work, all kind, and the rest of world, like us, are happy with what's left "from the rich table".

I think so. That friend of mine is in the US. It is an advantage if you are living in those countries. But here in the Philippines, I can see some friend earning at least $10 a week.

I think they will pay you in Friday after you accumulated it on Wednesday before Friday. I am not sure if it's still the same.

Yeah, but shouldn't they also send you if it's above $1? I mean I accumulated the whole amount in around 1 week but it's still over the needed amount. I hope it makes sense.

I tried spare 5 but actually its pretty difficult when one does not qualify for much tasks and no opportunity to earn. But the only plus point is they pay on weekly basis.

That's the downside of Spare5. I rarely even earn there as well. My remaining money there has been since months ago. Can't remember exactly. But I am not into bounding boxes tasks.

Yeah even i felt some pain there when i was unable to pass that floor coloring task and it keeps on saying that I don't have any other task left. This is the reason why I left Spare 5 few months ago.

Its still good but demands a lot of patience, smart and hard work to do well which is not possible at most times. I wonder how many are making close to 100 dollars every week there.

Spare5 is a site that makes you earn by doing different tasks. The minimum payout if $5 so it's not hard to make a cashout. By completing the short bio questions like age, city, etc, you get 10 cents. There are tasks which are marked tutorials, maybe as part of the screening process for newbies. One task is captioning pics which makes you earn 1 cent each. Another task is rating photos of puppies if they are cute or very cute to hug. It's fun and entertaining. The only question is this – what's next after the tutorials are done? Can we really reach $5 for a payout?

I made $3 dollars so far from spare5 and the site is a legit one but they provide me a less amount of work may be because i'm not good to completing task. last time they pay $1 few weeks ago n it was friday as they pay on every friday

I don't know but many are claiming it and doing well. I had a friend on mylot saying that she's earning almost 100 dollars in 1-2 weeks which is a very handsome amount if one can achieve that.

I am stuck to $0.40 there. But if I will have a number of referrals, I might reach the minimum of whooping $1 next week. I might try again and see if there are little tasks that I can do to reach $1. I think American users do have more tasks.
I am waiting for the keyword tasks, as well as the tasks which you act as the customer, and the customer service representative.

I am also doing Spare5. I just started it a few weeks ago, I am still finishing some qualifiers, tutorial and training tasks. It's a little complicated for me. It requires a lot of your attention and focus since you have to be really careful in following the instructions.
