i think online working is making me lazy but on other hand it is much easier for me to work online as i do not have to go any where and do not have any boss.

I think that patience and knowing what you can and what you can't do are required. Find something you like, find something you're good at and get started. And do it for fun, don't think that you MUST make money, just enjoy the process. It helps if you study a little too. See what's working, what succesfull prople do and what people like. Then, the sky is the limit.

If you're a graphic designer, instead of waiting for gigs that you don't even know if there will be any, you can start a website a design a couple of editable templates (many as you can) and the people would come around and choose one of your template and pay for it. I think this might turn out very well than fiver or other similar sites

Fiverr and upwork. Make sure to have some portfolio. A reference of your work! Also, you can "give" work for free, to let your customers know you mean business.

If you want to sell your skills online as a beginner, I would for sure reccomend you go ahead and take a look at fivver, its a very good site for selling your skills, you can earn your first chunk of online money there. :)
