Generally, there is no business for a particular gender as both gender can take up any business based on passion. But the society has succeeded in apportion business based on gender. This is why it will look odd seeing a woman driving a truck or seeing a man engaging in hair dressing.
Though, civilization has changed this notion as there is no or low gender restriction on business these days. What is your take? Should we consider gender while setting up a business or not?

There is no point that you are going to be choosing your business based on gender or at least people that you are going to be working with. There is no particular agenda that has been given the right ability to work with a business or at least take it forward and at least it is good that you should try to diversify and go for the ones that are the most competent.

There is no documented evidence that can be able to state specifically that hiring a particular agenda for a job is going to automatically means success or at least a certain percentage of success. This means that you should be looking for other criteria when hiring for a job like the experience of the person and his general skillset because competency is usually not embedded in a person's gender.

You are right on the aspect that gender should not be the main qualifications for business , but theres no way we can do it in this world , there are still some business that are normally done by some certain gender which does not fit the other gender perfectly.

There are many business in the world thats only attached to just one particular gender which another gender cannot really fit in , a good example being a butler , this business suits male the most but you will hardly see a 2% of female doing the business at least.

Exactly, such things should not be seen as gender bias because nature itself made it so. A male gender is much more muscular and stronger than the female gender and people must try as much as possible to comprehend that.I believe in equal rights but we must also be reasonable in whatever we do.

yeah gender should not be a reason ,I also feel some people are attracted to sucess ,so when they see that your business is actually booming ,that's when you would see them trying to help so they can also benefit from the business you are actually creating

I have seen that so many men are in the fields such as mechanical engineering and others that require so much energy to do. That makes it so true that some businesses can be gender based due to the amount of energy needed. Which is just biologically understandable given that men are more mascular and physically stronger than women.

Though I agree with your opinion that any business can be done by both gender but I will disagree with you in some aspects because there are some businesses that require males and there are some businesses that require females. Take Marketers in bank for an example, it's very easy for females to win their targets because that's what the clients prefer. Clients get convinced because of females approaches. Also it's odd when females venture into barbing; barbing salons are meant for males.

No it is not ok to choose a business based on gender. And I don't think that there is a business that is best for a gender.
Gone are the days that men don't have a food canteen. Now men are doing the business.
So all business are meant for both male and female. What is needed is to have the necessary skill for the business.

I think this depends on the kind of business, yes civilization has changed that notion, but there are business that should consider gender, because of the health implications involve women are not allowed to engage in such businesses like welding work. Women are delicate, they bear babies, and anything that would make them not to properly bear babies should be discourage.
