Rakuten Insight Surveys is the new name for AIP Online Surveys. The site has changed the name and the URL. In order to find the new site, you must visit this URL now: ph.m.aipsurveys.com. The website is based in the Philippines, but when you go to register on the site it says that the site is opened for registration for residences of India. However, what is confusing about all of this is the fact the site is paying in PHP currency and they are offering a gift voucher for stores that are located in the Philippines. There are a few markets outside of the Philippines that you could spend the gift voucher at. They do list you can send this at McDonald's.

How To Register:

• The registration is a bit long and a bit complicated.
• You must first fill out one form.
• The company will send you an email within 24 hours. They say if you don't receive the email, it is necessary to contact them.
• Afterward, you'll need to fill out another registration form for the site.
• Once this one is completed, you'll need to fill in your online profile.
• Make sure that you complete this because it is what the company uses to send you surveys. If the information on here isn't filled in completely, you won't be asked to participate in any surveys with the company.

How to Do Surveys:

• If you qualify for a survey, you'll receive an email from the company.
• You'll need to go to your account and find the survey. Just hit the answer button on the screen to start taking the survey.
• Once it is completed the points will be credited to your account.
• The site is using EPoints. One EPoint will exchange for 0.1 PHP.

How to Cash Out:

• You will need 2500 EPoints in order to receive the voucher from the company.
• The voucher is good for many stores and you can use this like cash when shopping.
• They do offer you a way to cash out with PayPal. They say you will need 1000 EPoints in your account to be rewarded 100.00 PHP.

The new site is a bit confusing because it isn't really clear if you need to be a resident of India or the Philippines to work for this company. I am not even sure if it is open to all Asian countries or not.

Does anyone know who can actually register and work on this site? Is it only for India, the Philippines or is it open to all Asian countries?

I live in Vietnam and used this page for a long time. At the very first day, it's Rakuten AIP Online Surveys, changed to Rakuten Insight Surveys at July 2018. Minimum redeem is 500 point = 50,000 vnd (~0.5 usd). It took me about 3 months for every 1000 point. I got many mobile cards from them. So, highly recommend for you guys.

Wow, 500 points for only 0.5$?Are you sure about that? If it's true then the rate is truly bad for you and i would recommend to change site for bettet rate

Oh sorry, wrong conversion $1 = 23,000 VND, so 50.000 VND is about $2.2. This rate is not too bad, especially in my country. But, like you said, I'm still looking for other sites to earn more.

In my country, 1,000 points for USD2.2 too, The pay rate for each surveys at Rakuten Insight is not so high compared to other sites, perhaps can try Ysense for multiple survey sites there including Rakuten, or try Irazoo, or Mobrog for better rate.

Wow I got paytm cash voucher today from rakuten ,one of the best website for Indians ,I have received 100 rs .It would be great if they increase the survey invitation frequency .For Indian users We need 100 points to cash out on rakuten which is pretty easy .

Totally agree. In my country, it pay as supermarket voucher or phone card. It's great if we can withdraw money throught bank account.

The rate at Rakuten Insight Surveys is not really good compared to others, but it has longer availability time for the participant to take up the surveys if we are not free on that particular time while Mobrog always request us to participate on time only, not later.

Mine, same here, in my country. Some time ago, the points can be redeemed as some supermaket vouchers and some phone cards. Now, those items are taken off. I always used to redeem supermarket voucher and used it for my food supply.

Friend, congratulations to you! You answered every survey using your smartphone? Because most surveys have to answered using either desktop computer or laptop. Whenever I answer a survey, many times have to answer using computer unless it says you have to use other device.

Yeah you have to answer the survey on the preferred device that they mention in the survey invitation mail we get or else we can't able to complete the survey .So make sure to take surveys on both on smartphone and computer as they mention.

I'm from Philippines but I haven't heard about rakuten surveys. I will try it later . Does anyone from my kababayans already join in this survey site? thank you mr. B for sharing this. I will post any updates if this thing still works until now.

Thank you , how much we earn depends upon our profile and demographics it is common for any survey website .In rakuten we can get disqualification points for trying a survey. so anyone can attempt surveys Though the frequency of the survey invitation is less.

When I should cashout?

I want know if there are payment delays or at what time they usually pays?

Nowadays, They are sending lesser surveys.
But they are good survey providing platform.

We can redeem for e-wallet top up or add money into our e-wallet here nowadays via the Rakuten. So, I redeem MYR10, it takes still one month, not fater than redeem a physical shopping voucher in last year.

Received another e-wallet redeemption code, valuet at MYR10 about USD2.5. I took almost 1 month to make i clear. So I decide to go away for a while after this and try the surveys at Ysense for instead.
