Rakuten Insight Surveys is the new name for AIP Online Surveys. The site has changed the name and the URL. In order to find the new site, you must visit this URL now: ph.m.aipsurveys.com. The website is based in the Philippines, but when you go to register on the site it says that the site is opened for registration for residences of India. However, what is confusing about all of this is the fact the site is paying in PHP currency and they are offering a gift voucher for stores that are located in the Philippines. There are a few markets outside of the Philippines that you could spend the gift voucher at. They do list you can send this at McDonald's.

How To Register:

• The registration is a bit long and a bit complicated.
• You must first fill out one form.
• The company will send you an email within 24 hours. They say if you don't receive the email, it is necessary to contact them.
• Afterward, you'll need to fill out another registration form for the site.
• Once this one is completed, you'll need to fill in your online profile.
• Make sure that you complete this because it is what the company uses to send you surveys. If the information on here isn't filled in completely, you won't be asked to participate in any surveys with the company.

How to Do Surveys:

• If you qualify for a survey, you'll receive an email from the company.
• You'll need to go to your account and find the survey. Just hit the answer button on the screen to start taking the survey.
• Once it is completed the points will be credited to your account.
• The site is using EPoints. One EPoint will exchange for 0.1 PHP.

How to Cash Out:

• You will need 2500 EPoints in order to receive the voucher from the company.
• The voucher is good for many stores and you can use this like cash when shopping.
• They do offer you a way to cash out with PayPal. They say you will need 1000 EPoints in your account to be rewarded 100.00 PHP.

The new site is a bit confusing because it isn't really clear if you need to be a resident of India or the Philippines to work for this company. I am not even sure if it is open to all Asian countries or not.

Does anyone know who can actually register and work on this site? Is it only for India, the Philippines or is it open to all Asian countries?

One of the survey site that I wanted to join. Hopefully, it will work best in my area. Right now I am only doing surveys from Lifepoints, Mobrog, Yougov and Viewfruit. I will try this one soon.

This survey website is good to work ..but they are strict ,so it's better to answer their questions genuinely ..

Invitation is less, maybe as less as Yougov or better? I've heard that they are giving away consolation point on screen out like Global Test Survey so that is nice. I've tried lying on surveys and it did work in some but I think it affected the survey invitation they are sending me so I've decided that I will be honest from now on.

I have joined this site few months back .I have successfully cashed out once ,few days back I got one email that the details from the profile and answers for the survey is different..they said they are very strict and don't send invitations .I think there might be some error from their side So we need to be careful .
They are better than you gov in sending invitations .the minimum is also low to reach it .

I see, thanks for this information. Yeah, I think lying with surveys may affect once reputation so I will never lie anymore. I'm glad to know that it is better than YouGov. I will try it soon.

Yeah as they are strict ,it's not good to lie...yeah getting disqualification points is always a good thing .just try out this site in your free time .Good luck.

I am working on this site for a long time and fill in surveys almost everyday (i.e. when in India) I am not sure how it works in other countries but since I am registered in India therefore I never try them while living in Australia. I get paid through either through PayTm or Flipkart vouchers. A legit site with very low screen out rate.

This site is not for Indians only but is International. It has branches in different countries including the US of A . As far PayPal it pays through various pay processors/vouchers and cash. In India of course it pays through PayTm and I redeem almost every week for a couple of years. Oh, did I tell you the site is same that you have with the name of AIP. 100% legit with millions of members allover the world.

I thought it's for India too, I have few friends who are working on it. It's for tier 3 countries user, like my country, Malaysia. I manage to make about MMYR20 (USD5) within a month time, but only able to redeem for shopping or fuel voucher rather than paying via Paypal.

Noted. You may good money from this site, I can make about USD12 or local currency MYR50 from this site in about 3/4 moths or half a year based on my last year record. I don't like it takes 8 weeks for crediting some third party surveys and not paid me for some after 8 weeks.

I thought the redemption for e-wallet, Boost app would be faster, and even in 24 hours but, seems the site still has one month or monthly payment policy, which only released me the voucher code for the MYR 10 Boost e-wallet app.

I'm from India I have joined the site one month back .For India users it is 100 epoints for redemption .1 Epoints=1 Rs It is a good website it gives points for disqualification too.I have reached the minimum .Will redeem and post proof .It's better to check website directly rather than depending on survey invitations to email . Because I haven't got mail today but when I open website I'm able to take one survey.

It is not a spam ,you can try this website without having any doubts ,one of the best survey website for Indians I would say,But the frequency of survey invitations is not frequent that is the only draw back .

My redemption is fine, but a friend of mine who just started working on Rakuten and made her first redemption was delayed. She redeem earlier that me but Rakuten decided to postpone sending the code due to technical problem. Hope she will get the code soon.

I live in Vietnam and used this page for a long time. At the very first day, it's Rakuten AIP Online Surveys, changed to Rakuten Insight Surveys at July 2018. Minimum redeem is 500 point = 50,000 vnd (~0.5 usd). It took me about 3 months for every 1000 point. I got many mobile cards from them. So, highly recommend for you guys.
