A great topic. Thank you for putting it up, but in the end there is no better than winning the track in a real way so that they come to you because they want to come forward from things

will we be penalized by Facebook and Twitter, YouTube if using this method to gain traffic ?

It is 100% safe and does not cause any problems, but the number of people who follow you may decrease if you find that your content is not important to them

Almost everything you will get are bots. Not worth it unless you want to make a channel or page more attractive to new people.
Only Addmefast has some real people, but that site is broken in so many ways.

Most of this stuff comes from bots and not real humans and you'll lose all the followers you've got pretty soon and your account could be banned as well. I personally tried this, paid for 1000 Twitter followers and maybe one month later all of the followers where deleted..
I can think of 1 site where you can get Twitch.tv followers - it's TwitchFollows. I use it to make money there so at least the site offers real followers and not fake accounts.

I have only tried Traffup for traffic exchange before for my twitter account. But I have stopped a long time ago, I wont said it's bad but really takes time to build an army of followers if you dont purchase the points .

I have been using bots for Youtube views for ages. Boosts them in the algorithm.

addmefast is best one.
We can get followers on twitter and get trafic on our site through twitter. This idea can work if we have a lot of followers like more than 100k followers then i think we can get 4-5k traffic daily if they are active.
