Yes, this practice is forbidden if they catch you they most likely ban you.

Did some test yesterday with a brand new Twitter account and got 300 followers in 15 minutes using the above list of sites to get free Twitter followers, but today I lost 100, most likely they are bots.

I've used Twiends, which actually keeps Twitter's T&Cs as it just displays a list of people who share your interests and users have to choose who to follow themselves. People can pay for features to get onto the homepage or on a better position on the lists.

The only thing is that it is very slow. Unless you throw money at features, it will take you a very long time to actually build a decent following if you only use it.

Well you can sell your points on those sites I mean if there is anyone who wants some likes on his facebook page you tell him that 5000 likes = 2 usd$
and when he pays you , you add his facebook page link on those sites and so on!

Still they exists, but stopped the channel due to adsense banned. Try them since their are members like us and some use bo, fake ID's etc.

But they are other ways of getting followers from the site.. You can complete some little task to earn points.
