Exchanges are now accepting people to purchase Bitcoins using their bank debit card. One reason this is possible now is that the exchanges are using an anti-fraud system to accept payment. Unfortunately, this will incur higher transaction fees for you. If you'd like to buy some Bitcoins using your debit card, visit some of these exchanges below:

How To Buy Bitcoin With A Debit Card.jpg

Coinmama:
This is a great exchange with a very good reputation. The exchange has a fast turnaround time for each transaction that passes through them. The exchange is only open to people living in the United States. Furthermore, you can buy a wide variety of cryptocurrencies through this exchange.

Cex.IO:
The exchange has a good reputation, but they also impose a high buying limit. You will have a limit to the number of Bitcoins you can purchase at a time. One way to get around some of the high buying fees is to deposit your funds into your account using your debit card. Afterward, use their company's trading platform to buy your Bitcoins. You'll save quite a bit of money this way.

Bitpanda:
The exchange has low transaction fees, they offer you multiple ways to pay for your purchase, and they have an easy to use interface. This exchange is only open to people living in Europe. You must be a resident of the EU in order to use this exchange.

Coinbase:
The exchange is well-known as a reputable Bitcoin broker. This exchange allows you to purchase Bitcoins using your debit card. There are no fees when you buy with a debit card, however, there are fees if you use your credit card.

Bitstamp:
This is one of the oldest exchanges that gives you multiple payment options. However, this exchange is known for not being friendly, taking a long time to verify your transactions and it is limited to the US and the EU. The exchange offers a brokerage service when you purchase Bitcoins with your debit card.

Virwox:
The exchange is open worldwide and they don't have a verification process. This exchange won't sell you Bitcoins directly. They will, however, sell you Second Life Linders (SLL) which you will use to purchase your Bitcoins with.

Those are some methods which is through the exchanges. Even Binance does. The fee is too high though. Maybe peer to peer? The person should be someone you can trust though. What I do use is what I earned online. It's much easier. Hehe
There are pages and exchanges where you can buy Peer2Peer totally legal, but few people use them, for me one of the best ways to buy is the one I use most of the time and is to buy through my ledger, I do not have to pass a KYC or anything

I don't like KYC either. They take so much info and data from you. Others do not accept my ID. So far, I only did KYC on Binance, and local digital wallets.

Yeah, peer to peer is legal. There's one on Binance, and other exchanges.

Tampoco me gusta KYC. Toman tanta información y datos de ti. Otros no aceptan mi identificación. Hasta ahora, solo hice KYC en Binance y billeteras digitales locales.

Sí, peer to peer es legal. Hay uno en Binance y otros intercambios.
Yes, whenever it is allowed, it is better to use the method or buy in places without KYC, not only for privacy, but also for the security of those funds, because you never know where or to whom they can sell your information.

That's true. I have trust issues with regards to KYC. I always prefer those exchanges which doesn't require KYC. However, I cannot open my Binance account unless it was KYC-ed. On exchanges which I use like KuCoin, Poloniex, Probit, and Coinex, I didn't do KYC.

Yes, exactly there are many other exchanges where you do not need KYC but I have usually seen that in these they have very high fees, for example I used without KYC the Okex Exchange but leave it for the high commissions, the same thing happens to you in those exchanges?

I experienced that on Ionomy and Probit. While transacting XRP on Probit, the fee when withdrawing is 1XRP. On Poloniex where I haven't KYC-ed, the fee is only 0.0001 XRP. It's been years since I used OKex though, and the fee is high at that time.

the fee in Okex for example in bitcoin is 10000 satoshis for a transaction at the price of almost $ 2 today, and for other currencies almost the same, the cheapest I found was avalanche with 0.1 avalanche if I remember correctly, it is something very crazy those commissions reminds me of pancakeswap

Back then I paid around 4$ as fee when I traded on Okex. It's really painful. When I used Uniswap, I once paid around $20. Then when I got the airdrop, I paid $100 withdrawing and swapping an amount of $1000.

what has been said is unacceptable to pay those commissions, so who will want to adopt that exchange or who will want to use the Dex instead of the Cex I understand that in times of high volume the fees rise but not in that way..

That's true. Actually, ETH gas fees is very painful. I'm transferring $10 worth of Ethereum but the fee is $12. That's really bad. I'll be in depth of $2 because my wallet that time only has $10 worth of ETH. Haha

Yes, Ethereum is in its transition to ETH 2.0 in its roadmap although the merge has already been given will not end until 2025 its roadmap until it is completely finished, it must take into account the gas fee while it is developed if what you want is a massive adoption because with that cost of transactions it will be very difficult

I was thinking whether the ETH 2.0 can lower gas fees which is extremely painful. Since 2018, the fee has been on a steady high fees. But we're all hoping for anything positive on 2025.

Yes, well and in the fact that they do not get it will surely be the decline of ETH anyway we have very economic networks such as Polygon Fantom bitcoin forks, there is also Solana Litecoin etc ... It won't be because there are no alternatives haha

Presently, cryptocurrency is banned in Nigeria. It is suicidal to use debit card to deposit fund in any crypto exchange site, you bank account will be blocked. Therefore, for me using debit card to deposit is out of question for me. I normally use Peer to Peer to do all transactions pertaining to crypto. Though, it is quite expensive but I have no better option.

Yeah. I heard about Fantom, from you I think. Polygon is also a good one. Have you heard of Telos too? I'm considering that one but it's not among the top blockchains. Wax is fine.

Telos? never heard of her maybe you mean tezos? explain to me which one you mean, anyway I'm going to investigate a bit to see which one you're talking about, although if you mean tezos, in fact I know it and I had it before

I know Tezos. It's also a great blockchain. Telos isn't in the top 300 yet. There are projects already supporting the blockchain. My friends used to be influencers and ambassadors of the network, mostly are fellow Filipinos.

Yes, I was doing some research. It's a relatively new network, right? Similar to EOS I also saw that it is among the top 400 blockchains, it also supports decentralized finance and is fast and scalable, I will have to investigate a little more about it, but you know, there are so many blockchains that it is impossible to be an expert in all of them hehe

I was looking for some exchange sites and I found that Best change is one of the best, especially it is used worldwide not for US or EU. But I do not know about their exchange fees.
Well, I have quite informed this website "bestchange.com", as years ago I had the problem of converting the money received here on my Payeer wallet towards my Paypal account. However, I believe that with this site, it is possible to exchange currencies of almost all kinds.

Yeah. So many blockchains that we can't check them all. I think it was initially based from EOS. There's even a social media app called Appics which is under Telos Blockchain. I'm on that platform for quite a long time already.b
