Hourly-ads is a scam The lottery page gives you 40 numbers to choose from but the winning numbers goes to 48 see attached.

Just noticed something weird on it. I remembered them showing that my amount in btc was 7+ rubles. now it shows it's only 4 rubles. A quick check in currency exchange price showed that i should have been over 65 rubles already lol.

The site says in order to withdraw I have to keep in mind that:
"Withdraw your money before you reach 5 RUB
- Fee increases if it exceeds 5 RUB
2 < balance < 5 ---fee 20%
balance > 5 ---fee 30%"

You can only withdraw RUB to Payeer. I personaly don't trust Payeer (it closed one of my accs there a very long time ago, without any reason and never answered my emails. Did't loose that much though...)
2$ to PayPal is more of a grind but if they mess up the prices so much on the site it looks like impossible to achieve.
I think they don't attach the prices to real data which shows ignorance and complete lack of skill.
Also the 20% and 30% fee looks ridiculous.

If someone managed to get payed on Payeer those small amounts (2+ RUB) pls let me know. I'd appreciate the info and might get back to it again

I think this website is either scam or closed. If I search it in google, nothing comes. If I judt type the link, some texts in arabic langyage appears. If I go through your link, It says no file found. What is the problem of this site?
