Grayscale is a very successful and well known investment company. Yesterday, it was reported that grayscale has close off six of its funds/trusts, including that for bitcoin, ethereuma and litecoin. Whilst this may be thought to have an effect of the company, it is unlikely as the company will still be able to increase its capital through the existing investors that they already have. What type of effect do you think this would have on bitcoin prices? With the closing of investments do you think that bitcoin investments may be lowered and the price may reflect this as well, resulting in a correction?

Closing about 6 trusts that is a big amount. But I don't think it will affect the price bitcoin in any way since they still have huge numbers if investors in the remaining trusts so no issue for now

This a fair point, however closing off those six trusts may cause the existing investors to exit as well, which may lead to them liquidating their funds. This can cause a crypto price drop perhaps, don't you think?

Well, going by the fact that these investors haven't dropped maybe they have been transferred to other trusts available, there might be no negative effects otherwise it goes the other way round

Will I be wrong to state that Grayscale has probably had enough funds for now? so, maybe they do not need anymore investors for now. This year alone the company has had its fair share of huge investments in Cryptos.
You might be right on this. They might just be closing for the year to start off in the new year. A lot of ventures are shutting down now for a fresh start from, next week

Well why are they closing those investment like did they give any reason for closing the investment i would like to know , well the closure may not have much effect , unless they are whales

Indeed! Most enterprises must be putting their books in order by now as the year gradually rounds off and this company shouldn't be an exception.

Well, I don't know in the world what position this Grayscale helds.
But, in more or less, even if perhaps slightly, on Bitcoin, it will have a negative impact, in my opinion.
It might cause a little fall but would quickly rise back due to the high volume of bitcoin and many small investors might struggle to bring it back to its former position

That's how it done. It isn't new anyway. Sometime it good to put investment on hold and look at the books to see how the business have gone so far. It good all the same
