yeah, I also think about that, so I linked my bank account to my paypal before and transfer my funds to my bank account, and I didn't encountered any problem even my paypal was not yet verified during that time.

I see. I though that linking it can only be used for paying. But still I think it would be better if one do verify their account before doing any withdrawals. There is a rare case
that some encountered a problem even their account is verified.

New accounts are always unverified, so PayPal allows limited use till it is verified. Such unverified account are acceptable for only few features.

Yeah, I'm using my bank account name, my real name. And actually before you do that, You should enroll your bank account or savings bank to online banking, so you can receive some funds from paypal.

it's possible, You should enroll your bank account to online banking, in my case my bank is BPI, and then linked your bank account to paypal, I don't have credit card yet during that time so my paypal account was not yet verified. and I can transfer money by using that.

I also have an account on bpi but i never used it to link on my paypal, i use paymaya instead just to verify my account, will gonna
switch to gcash since withrawals are free.

how much fee does bpi take for every withdrawals?

I don't think it will be any profitable for you and you may be caught cheating on the website. We cannot have more then one account and should try to work hard with one account. Its almost impossible to have that in India as its initiated with Pan card and one person can have one Pan card only otherwise the person will be charged with serious implications and fine as well.

That's good, here in India they are very strict, we cannot receive funds if our account is not verified and we cannot even save our earnings in PayPal, not even few cents. Whatever we have in our account is auto transferred to our linked bank account every morning.

auto transferred? In my case, I will just allowed my money in my paypal account, and I have an option if when I'm going to transfer it to my bank account. and the good thing is, I'm able to wait if when the value of dollar is high to transfer it to my bank account.

There is nothing wrong because all transfers are free, this is the only thing we can enjoy with it, no hacker in the world can hack Indian account due to this. Fake account will earn nothing in India, and real accounts are safe. because bank won't allow this, only receive money, but wont allow to take money.

I don't like this auto transfer thing. May be they should at least have a limit that all amounts above ten dollars will be auto transferred. Now even pennies are auto transferred which sometimes makes me feel bad about it.

Law is there since Vajpeyee Govt, with some amendments. Fake paypal account won't let anyone earn because PAN details will prove identity. So this is just common thing to avoid scamsters as well, and every financial banking have to pay interest is they keep money for 7 days, so Paypal do not have any choice.

Yeah I'm with that rule and no one should be allowed to have More then one account. But I don't like the auto transfer daily. Earlier it was good when we can transfer only to our account after ten dollars and there was no auto transfer

I've done this for a reason to get a game for free lol I succeeded. Anyways, making a PayPal account with a fake name and a real email won't hurt as soon as you won't use it for personal and main account. Could be a test account or whatsoever.

I think low amount should be put into waiting list till at least 6 days, because Paypal isn't going to pay interest in 7 days. However perhaps this is due to fake people, and paypal want to continue check by fast transfer in 72 hours. Fake accounts do not let real accounts to keep as like. They must not be encouraged.
