CBDC - Central Bank Digital Currency can be used by the citizens of a country for digital transactions.

To my knowledge, CBDC can benefit only the people of that country who can use it for purchasing and selling products online, paying bills, salaries, etc.

But would the CBDC of a country be valid for international transactions?

I quite agree. Making CBDCs from multiple nations compatible is a significant problem since it is difficult to establish links when each bank has its own technical framework.

Honestly, I have had the same question since cbdcs became a trend for countries. How accessible will these digital version of fiat be for the international communities?

I think there will be rules defined how non-citizens can use CBDC of a specific nation. For instance visitors of the Olympic Winter Games in China might use the eCNY if they register at the Chinese national bank.
I assume every national will bring such policies in place to give access to their CBDC with keep same standards for visitors that apply for citizen.

Yes only the stablecoins can get up to CNBC list. There is no chance of any other altcoins for Bitcoin to get CNBC list. Even local ecurrency also can enter.

It will only serve as a online money.. like paypal USD perhaps? Since USD is accepted almost everywhere by itself online. Like a local currency online
