I think it is best to stay away from these types of site and not bother to work on them. In past experience with these types of site they can embed lots of trojans and viruses in the videos that can really make a mess of your computer. I personally don't think they are luring visitors with wrong methods as you say. People who visit these types of sites know exactly what they are doing and visiting. I had a client cry about viruses and when I started to work on the machine it was filled with porn viruses. He knew what he was doing and nothing stopped him from going back. So no, the site won't lure you in. You go to these places because you want to know and you know about them before you enter.
