A group of mayors in Venezuela has signed a bill called "National Tax Harmonization Agreement" that will be affecting 305 municipalities in the country. This bill will enable the government to collect taxes and sanctions in the form of crypto, more precisely the government-backed Petro (PTR). Despite the fact that some municipalities in the country don't have the technology to handle it. What do you think about this?

would this be a solution to get up with the country of the economy ? nobody knows, especially that it's so low that people there suffer a lot, let's hope it fixes the things there

I doubt this can help their economy, especially when considering that not all regions in the country has the capability to collect tax in form of crypto. They should do something with getting rid of Maduro first.

ah well yes, it's a very long complicated process in venzuela, the economy is seriously dead there and i actually get surprised when my friends from there tell me about their monthly salary, one of them works for 10$ a month...

I think the bad side is that most people aren't still aware of the use of crypto currency and using it for collecting tax is a set back for some people thats it

I believe most people in Venezuela know about crypto now. Especially since their national currency is worthless and they rely on other currencies in the country.

Cryptocurrency is the future... But I do hear some negative comments about cryptocurrencies from sone high profile politicians and business men. I hope to join the cryptocurrency league soon. Please who can suggest a good source of income through onpine business, especially software businesses.

You can start collecting crypto for free from faucets right now. Freebitco.in, Coinpot and Cointiply are the good ones. As for your software business you have to learn it yourself.

The cryptocurrency saga in Venezuela hasn't been an easy one , with a lot of controversies between miners , cryptocurrency lovers and government of the country. I hope this helps to smoothens things

Things will still be bad there unless some concrete action is taken against the rampart corruption that ruined the country. Crypto can't do much in this regard.

Venezuela may be taking a bigger risk which could help them rebounce or worsen their economy considering the nature of Crypto currencies volatility because they could be getting the Crypto in buck so any rise or fall will reveal a significant changes.

I think they will be using Petro, which is the government-backed crypto that is becked by the country's oil reserve. I wouldn't call it stable coin, but I think it will be less volatile than normal crypto.
