UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?

• Like all sites, you must first join.
• Here you can only join with your email address and password.
• The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
• They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
• The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
• They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
• They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
• This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.

How Do The Tests Work?

• The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
• The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
• Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
• You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
• You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.

How Are You Paid?

• The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
• You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
• Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
• You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
• You need to request your payment from the company.
• It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.

The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

Has anyone gotten ANY tests within the past few months? I only need 30 more cents to cashout, but I've had nothing for the past half year or so. Sometimes they'll send me an e-mail notification saying that there's a survey available, but it's always gone when I try to do it. Kind of frustrating to sit at $9.70 for a year and not being able to cashout.

I receive tests from the site every now and then. Last week I received 2 but it can take me weeks without a single test. Maybe the closer we are to cash out the fewer the tests will be.

Now only I know they rate the test as 10 cents per minute, hence some tests that gave $0.20 might take 2 minutes to finish. So in future, we will get $0.20 for 1 minute test. It's good that they increase the rate, it will be even better if they get more businesses. :)

Today I received a test to choose the best logo that usually worth 1 credit and this time they gave me 2 credits. It is great that they have increased their pay rates

I just received a payment from UserCrowd. They processed the payment really fast, I got my payment just within a few hours. I am happy I don't need to pay the PayPal fee too.

Though it took me really long time to reach another payment, which is just about $10, I am still fine with it as I didn't spend much time on it. The test is fun too! It's also good that they have increased the rate, it'd be even nice if they have more tests too.

These days it takes me 4 months to reach the cashout minimum and I have to wait for another month before I will receive the money. It is frustrating but I still use it because the extra 20 bucks every 5 months is kind of helpful. It is not something that can be a full time job because it is such a slow earner.

That duration is far too long to reach the minimum payout,what will someone be doing for the rest of the days or are there no enough task to complete 4months is very far and I think if there are offers there is nothing wrong completing all of them.

It's a legit site that has been paying for a few years, hence I don't mind it takes really long time to make $10.

The good thing about the site is, you don't need to constantly check out if there is a test, as you can turn on the notification, so you'll be notified whenever there's a new test. For about 1 minute, you can earn $0.20. The test is perhaps just a click or sometimes a reason of why you click there is required. For example, if you have come to a online shop, where would you click to order a pizza. To me, it's a simple test. Or sometimes, you are asked to choose which image or logo you prefer for an app.

What not good about the site is there aren't many tests available, hence it might take very long time to reach the payout. Moreover, I think there aren't many available slots for each test too, as the tests always expire very quickly. Hope the site will continue to grow and there will be more available tests in future.

I can receive 3 or 4 tests in a day and then spend weeks without hearing from them. It seems everyone is complaining about the same.
If we don't grab the tests as soon as we receive the notification we will surely lose it as I think they have many testers.

Hello everyone!
For me, usercrowd is a SCAM!
I completed 46 tests, total amount 14$. I requested a payout in my PayPal acount, and after ~40 days i cheched why i don't have money in PayPal. The transaction was rejected from my usercrowd acount. I asked support what happend and they told my i didn't setted up " region " in my account. That is tottaly False and they say :
" Hi there,

It looks like your payout was rejected because you misrepresented your location on your profile.

Unfortunately, when you breach our tester guidelines, you're no longer eligible to receive tests or receive payouts for any previous tests you have taken. "
Actually, they say : we are scamming, Congrats, you just lost 14 $ because you didn't set your region in acount. But why they didn't notified.me.about that ?!?
I don't recommend the site. My region is setted up 100%. I double, tripple, 10x, 100x checked.
I just lost 14$! :)
Stay away if you don't want to loose time for others pockets !

What country are you from and what country did you set as your home country? From the message, it doesn't seem like they are not paying you because you didn't set a country. They're not paying you because you didn't set the correct country, which is a violation of their rules.

I find it very hard to qualify for any test in that site , yes they do pay but thier payment sytem is too slow .You can only reach a minimum withdrawal after a very long time .The lack of tasks is the main problem with that site but it legit.

I just got a payment from UserCrowd. As usual, they process the payment really fast (within hours), and they didn't deduct any fees.
It really took me a long time to reach the payout. I always missed the tests as their tests are always filled up in very short time.
The pay rate is good and the company is legit, hence I don't mind waiting for long time to get one payment. ^_^
