United States was Crypto currency enthusiasts and Investors were very proactive and opportunity grabbers when China decided throw away a golden opportunity that cryptocurrency has brought to encourage financial freedom. The Cambridge University recently published that the United States is now the world's largest market for Bitcoin mining, now holding a share of 35.4% of the market. This is coming on the heels of the massive movement of miners out from China after the country's crypto mining ban earlier this year. Furthermore, Kazakhstan and Russia follow after the United States, with shares of 18.1% and 11% respectively.

I don't know about black market but the fact is that all the sections in the Us are against bitcoin and that is why you have to understand that they will not allow easy trading , buying and selling they tax people and they end up paying taxes always , no solution bitcoin taxes are high there as well .

I'm not really surprise that US has the highest number of miners in the world, because US politics has always be favourable to investors. So when China decides to ban cryptocurrency mining, the miners has no other options than to migrate to US in order to carry out there business.

they might only just introduce taxes ,but am not sure if them been against Bitcoin ,if they are actually against Bitcoin probably they would have banned Bitcoin fr existence , but it seems they are still interested in the development and growth that's why there are Bitcoin atm in the country

It is still possible for a government to take action and restrict cryptocurrency usage and adoption without even banning it officially. This is not something new that could happen. In the past as well, the government had restricted trade of many commodities and goods without banning them. Many of the governmental plans and policies are secretly created.

if there is more restriction and policies people would obviously know where their focus is , because based on my observation the America government aren't placing too many restriction on cryptocurrency ,they are only improvising new ways that they can benefit from cryptocurrency I think

Yes when you have to pay upto 37% taxes on your profits you will certainly be discouraged because the government is only interested in your gains and not vice versa so why try investing in such an asset actually to be fair indeed .

Well, USA is not a kind of country that may have been imposing certain kinds of restrictions or limitations when it comes to utilisation of cryptocurrencies. However, there are many other countries where this thing is becoming a big problem for many capitalists who tend to trade in cryptocurrencies. I have read about news where creators of U.S. laws were trying to support the usage of bitcoin in the United States.

yeah although even in the house of senate and others ,they still shower their support for cryptocurrency , it shows that they are definitely keen on seeing the growth and development range of cryptocurrency , USA is actually a country that their adoption could actually affect the growth process of cryptocurrency

One thing I like about the United States of America is that they are always slow to act. They always examine the situation and bring out the positive in it. While other countries were busy rejecting crypto even without checking the good sides of it, the USA is moving towards using it for its advantages.

the government are benefiting from it , the cryptocurrency taxes and others from companies is part of what Is making the government not having any intending interest to slow down or stop the development of cryptocurrency in any way

The fact is that we need to give credence to the United States. It doesn't matter whether the scheme generates money for the government or not. Other countries that are making laws against cryptocurrency as well know the benefits it may give them, they are dogmatic in their view towards crypto.

Not only the United States, there are many other countries as well that actually adopt and use cryptocurrencies. The main issue is that I have seen that mostly developing countries usually have a harder time adopting cryptocurrencies. So, I do not think that they will actually accept cryptocurrencies as a legal tender.

You are right @Ben Kempton. Most developed countries countries always prefer to regulate crypto and be benefiting from it rather than adopting it as a legal tender. For instance, one would have thought United States will adopt crypto following the staunch support that cryptocurrency recieve from it last year.

The fact of the matter is that they have been trying to figure out methods that could allow them to regulate cryptocurrencies. The best they could do is oblige each and every cryptocurrency exchanges to get registered and audit the overall transactions and ownership of people who have been involved in cryptocurrency trades.

I think that method has generated them more money that they may have realized if at all they make crypto their legal tender. The money the United States is making from taxes from crypto is even enough and they also have one of the strongest currency in the world.

Joe Biden is interested in cryptocurrencies and this is one of the main reasons why he signed for an executive order last year. The American government does not consider Bitcoin as a legal tender, but it has lenient policies concerning the usage of cryptocurrencies in the country. This is why we have seen the development of various cryptocurrency projects in the United States.

before they accept cryptocurrency as a legal tender they would first consider a lot of things ,I feel if their economy is actually not able to withstand it been a legal tender ,am not sure if they would place interest on the adoption zthey probably check that first before they make move for any form of adoption

Well considering the fact that usa is a well developed place, a place of tech...many Chinese citizens over there have the opportunity to do what they know how to do best. I guess the Chinese are not interested in what they started, and try to end it by banning it, guess they're afraid of something..but hope they're not gonna regret afterward that the world has moved without them.

How cheap is electricity in the US? Also, how relaxed are there policies and regulations as concerning crypto mining? China has paved the way for US by the ban imposed and with the kind of dictatorial leadership in place there, that ban may never be lifted at least not in the near future.
All good for the United States.

I still find it difficult to comprehend the reason behind the ban of cryptocurrency in china? Providence gave china opportunity to lead the world new economy order and they throw it away. There is possibility that Chinese government will reverse the ban. But even if they reverse the ban, the damage have been done. I don't see the possibility of china regaining the lost position especially when is all mighty United States that hold the mantle
