The Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea has suspicions that SUI is misrepresenting information or manipulating the staking distribution on Binance.

The Sui Foundation has denied the charge. However, the agency wants to investigate this, so it is verifying this with DAXA and the Financial Supervisory Authority. The agency thinks SUI might be a scam token.​

Considering the fact that the Sui foundation is originating from Switzerland, and they are known for being very lenient with crypto projects, it has raised suspicion on the authenticity of the token. I personally believe that Sui is not a scam token.
