A lot of visitor shorte.st link at least 2-5 times but only 1 count view counted or none. It's recorded on my website that they viewed my shortlinks but when I check shorte.st they're not counting it.

Check dashboard bro, it says they are experiencing problems with payment processors and they were geting this problem since beginning last month, I think to trust them

me too, "Paypal" but not sure if that because of corona-time They can't fix their Paypal account for now...

I think they paid WebMoney because I asked my friend from Russia and he got his WebMoney payments with a short delay of just 3 days so it's even better than they normally do, but I haven't withdraw in a while and have $3 so idk, for me using WebMoney isn't an issue. I don't think they are scam though.
