I'm guessing that the owner is called Jassem but his PayPal was banned so he just bought a new one from someone. Yeah, I think we can all agree Layla is a girl's name and Jassem is a boys name. Maybe this is like with scam shorteners in 2018 that first paid with their own account then the 'CryptoNight' account, then Alaa Elzaheed one. Or maybe it's his wife

It counts okay, but now, on the last 3 seconds before get link button appears, the user is redirected to their AdSense blog, and if they press back, it will take them to the captcha page, so they can't pass the link.
