The minimum withdraw is 0.003 BTC. Its important to mention that in order to withdraw in the future, you will have to invest a minimum of 14 USD.

If it comes close to the 0.003 (approx. 48 USD) I will definitely invest to withdraw and build more hashing power
I might consider doing it earlier as I will gather more BTC quicker. For now it pretty looks legit also you never know

Couple of things that come to mind:

Also found out they are using zendesk as a helpdesk messaging/ticketing (imo they going for scalability and good support eco system)

It is SCAM for sure. I have sent at least 20 e-mail and left messages but nobody has ever returned.
I have a balance of 0.02 BTC. When I try to withdraw I get an error"Invalid API public key passed". So do not trust the website.
