The Risotto ai Frutti di Mare was one particularly good dish that really took my breath away. A symphony of flavors danced on the palate with every mouthful of the perfectly cooked, creamy Arborio rice that was infused with the briny flavors of fresh seafood, such as plump shrimp, tender calamari, and sweet mussels. It was a true taste of the Mediterranean that left me wanting more, especially when paired with a glass of crisp Pinot Grigio.
