U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had last month requested for Ripple's lobbying efforts documents in which Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn denies as she described such request irrelevant.
Personally I think SEC should technically rest this case Ripple because nothing is forthcoming in their favour. What do you think?.

Everything seems to be in favour of ripple and SEC seems to be holding on to the case just for the sake of saving face. The body should let go and allow Ripplenet continue its amazing projects.

I have not seen sec bringing out evidence to claims and others ,but Ripple are always the ones to bring out claim ,as it seems ,I think sec still have the idea that they could still win the case , probably the reason they are not giving up on the case ,but placing reference on the cases instead

I was watching a video where a person claimed that it might be possible to make good money if Ripple actually wins the case. This is because the value of the coin might surge and I think that the price of Ripple did increase a lot after the verdict of the court as it could be seen in the graph below. However, I am not sure if this case is the reason why this happened.

it would happen the price would increase so well if ripple wins the case , because I know quite well how fundamental analysis actually do have effect on the prices of coins and others ,so if ripple really wins the case it would have huge effect

there are times coins do go against Bitcoin dominance tho , I feel ripple might do the same if Incase they win the lawsuit case ,even if Bitcoin price is decreasing , it might start increasing in price value , yes positive and negative news can have effect in the price of the coin
