I haven't tested it out because I made shortener just for myself, I can't be bothered with $h1t counters, low rates, more than 60% profit for owners etc. this business is only going downhill unfortunately

2$ per 1000 is too low world wide many site have minmum 3 -4 $ on url shortner besides how do you people gain traffic for links. I could barely scrap off anything doing anything would take me a month to reach 2$ at such

I had to check them out, seem legit and they claim to be no.1 their minimum payout is low though. 0.5$ but i didn't see any proof of payment which make me doubt them. And arrgh they have only one means of payment paypal, which i personally will appreciate more that just PayPal.
By the way if you will like to shorten your url only you can try "bitly" out

As I said in zagl.info thread, this guy's owns both website, from my faucet owner friend, apparently it pays fast, CPM is around $2.5 and the count is relatively good. Only problem is there is 1 redirect.
