Owing to the present lawsuit on Cryptocurrency company Ripple , MoneyGram in a press release on December 23 , 2020 has denied the utilization of Ripple's counterparty services, namely On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) and RippleNet, for forex transactions.

This is has thus excluded them from the lawsuit , however few months ago ripple announced partnership with MoneyGram.

Do you think that Ripple can scale through this lawsuit , and what is your take of MoneyGram deserting Ripple now that they needed them most ?

Yeah i think you are right on this because most partnership deals ,should be more of supporting each other in different aspects, so that the relationship and business could move forward
But unfortunately the MoneyGram team did not look at partnership in that format, they only thought ripple was going to fail the lawsuit and terminated the partnership l guess.

It wasn't too good for them just to terminate the partnership just because of the lawsuit. At least we can understand that partnership is not always done for only to be getting benefits, but rather to be supporting one another.
I am almost certain that such partnerships have terms and condition or some rule of engagement of some sort. Provided, those terms were not breached, then, I don't see any problems.

But from the news it's clear that the partnership and and those terms were terminated and maybe it would have been because ripple was facing the lawsuit battle.
