Microworkers is a type of website where you can get paid for doing small tasks or you can pay people to do some tasks for you. In this thread we'll be focusing on workers part of this website.

Sponsored: BeerSurveys.com - Earn 10$ per Day doing Tasks, Try Apps, Complete Surveys.

Registration:
To be able to work, you'll need to register first. NOTE* It's really important that you provide true personal informations (name, address etc.) an this is why:
1st: when you first withdraw your money, a PIN will be sent to your home address and you'll need to type it in in order for money to be sent to you. So by entering wrong address there is no way to withdraw earned money.
2nd: After registration you can't edit your personal informations
3rd: Only one account is permitted per person/IP address, so if you try to correct your mistake by making another account, both of them will be terminated and you'll be permanently banned.
So it is highly recommend to write down true informations!!

Working:
As worker there are two types of jobs:

a) Ordinary jobs – these are jobs that every member can do, most common ones are:
  • Sign up jobs – most of the times it's simple task, where you need to sign up on some website.
  • Vote in Contest task – you need to vote fore something, most of the time it's upvoting posts on reddit
  • Youtube jobs - like, share, subscribe and watch a video. Be careful with jobs that give you prewritten text, because commenting same thing on more videos can be classified as spamming and your youtube account could be banned.
  • Write a review - most of the times employer will provide you with some product that you need to present on other blogs.
  • Make an email account - mostly gmail accounts, but also yahoo.
  • There are more tasks, such as facebook like tasks, twitter tasks, completing surveys etc. But they are less common than ones mentioned above.
*After doing job, employer will ask you to submit a proof for it. Most of the time you'll need to provide email address, screenshot, username, URLs or other informations such as your IP address etc.
Doing a good job is important for two reasons
  1. You won't get paid if job isn't done as asked
  2. Poorly done tasks will lower your successes rate, and lower rate means less jobs for you.
B) Hire group jobs – if you've done a good job, your employer can put you on his list, and next time he needs a job done he can hire you. These jobs are really helpful because they are not rated like basic jobs, and you can do them regardless of your temporary success rate.

Pros and Cons:
Pros:
  1. Great and easy to use interface
  2. Compared to the similar websites (picoworkers, rapidworers), payment for tasks is really good.
  3. If you've made a mistake during tasks, most of the employers will give you a chance to revise your job.
  4. You can sort available tasks by different categories: most paying, latest tasks, time to rate etc.
  5. There are different withdrawal methods: DWolla, Moneybookers, Payoneer, Paypal.
Cons:
  1. Usually less than 100 jobs available
  2. Limited number of basic tasks that can be done in a day (temporary success rate)
  3. Long time to rate - most of the tasks are rated within 7 days
  4. After requesting first withdrawal, PIN is sent to your home address, and that can, depending on your location, take up to 2 months.
Tips:
  • Do jobs that have lower TTR (time to rate), that's the best way to keep your temporary success rate above 75% and do tasks everyday.
  • Only accept jobs that you are capable of finishing
  • Avoid jobs that give you prewritten texts to post, because most of the time they'll be considered a spam and you could be banned from website
  • Make social media accounts: facebook, twitter, instagram, snapchat, pinterest, linkedin etc. Get some followings on them and make it at least seem that they are legit.
This website has been running since 2009, so there is a lot of proof that they are paying. According to different resources, they send payments twice a week and it takes no longer than 3 days to receive payment after withdrawal request. Finally, working on this website can't be your main source of income, but is good for making some extra money.

I got new payout from Microworkers yesterday. 9$ with 0.67$ PayPal fee. Site is legit and maybe some users didn't receive PIN but this is my 21th payout in almost 6 years.

Here is my payment for the month of June:
54559

It's not like last month when i managed to make a little over $50, but it's still not bad at all. Also many of the tasks that I've done last month still didn't get rated, so it should be about $40 for the month of June.
This is still website that i earn the most from.

Do you solve this Youtube like tasks? I have problem with those. I like video in task but sometimes they accept proof, sometimes they send it on revise. When I check video from revise, it is liked and proof is correct. I'm using same chanell all time. I don't want to solve it again because I don't want to risk report to Microworkers support.

Do you have similar problem?

Congratulations on your payments and consistently earnings from Microworkers. Can you share what kinds of tasks do you usually work with? It seems quite good to earn that amount of money every month. Do you have special tasks always to earn that?

I am doing well if there are some Cantonese tasks to work out, but those tasks are not frequent. There was just a batch of Cantonese tasks lately, and the last time I worked on them was last year.

Has anyone tried the Data Services Qualification Test by Microworkers? I had my first attempt yesterday but failed. I am glad they let me try again today, and this time I passed. Hopefully I will get more jobs after taking and passing this test. I plan to work more actively on Microworkers. :)

I never such task. From what country you are and how much you should earn per task? I mostly do sign up task and Google Search.

I am from Malaysia. I think this task is open worldwide. Have you checked out the HG Tasks? If I am not mistaken, it's located there. I thought every member in Microworkers is given the chance to take the test. If they pass the test, they will be able to work on the data related tasks. For the qualification test, we don't get paid. I just passed the test, and I don't know if there are any tasks being assigned to me yet, so I don't know how much it'll be. Perhaps it still depends on the task itself.

It's located in my HG group too, but I don't have Iphone set with me, so unable to do it over my end. It worth $1.00 which is quite a lot compared to those sign up tasks. Anyway, those vote task at Reddit also worth to take up as it's simple task.

The Data Service Qualification Test I mentioned doesn't require an iPhone to perform. I used my computer to work on it. I thought it's a test provided by Microworkers. For the members who have passed the test, they might get more data service related tasks to work on.

I had some data entry tasks to do this morning. They only worth 3 cents, but simple tasks. I am not sure if it's because I have passed the test, hence I got those data entry tasks.

For those who are working at Microworkers, there is a Data Entry task worth 3 cents each going on. I am not sure if it's there for quite a long time, but I just started working on it since two days ago. Though it's only worth 3 cents, it can be done in 1 - 2 minutes, hence if we are able to grab the task, we can earn a few dollars a day.

I also have the Cantonese tasks approved, hence I just requested my payment yesterday. Hopefully I'll receive the payment very soon. :)

Yes, I managed to grab some which is easy and fast task though doesn't worth much, yet the approval is fast, within few hours, so I have some ten cents in my balance of account now.
BTW, the site keeps it's promise to auto approved my HG tasks after 7 days not approved by the task provider.

Yes, that's good for us, so we don't need to keep waiting if the employer is too busy to review our tasks.

After the Cantonese and data entry tasks being approved, I finally requested a payment. I've got my payment just within a few days, including weekends. I hope there will be more similar tasks,

You made a good money via the task, no bad, $50 from a single task provider, keep it up. I just managed to make 4 task completed, so $2.00 from the provider,my balance added up, but still not enough for redemption currently.

Actually $50 is not from a single task employer. I had around $7 before that, $11 from an iPhone app testing employer, perhaps around $10 from the data entry employer, so it's around $30++ from the Cantonese tasks. It's still good, I think. I hope they will create more similar tasks. It seems like they have increased the price for each task from 40 cents to 50 cents each, which is good for us. :)

I have been checking but there isn't any data entry task these few days.

iPhone app testing tasks sounds interesting too, although I don't have one iPhone handset, hope there is more app testing task for Android later. Yes, $0.40- $0.50 is a pretty good price to us compared those few cents tasks, which might not worth the time.

Depends on your skill and time constraints, you may look at the job at general section, which is open to all the members, might with countries specified constraints, and also from HG job section which only for invited members with specified criteria fit, like Mandarin speaking, etc which happened to me early of the month.
