Microworkers is a type of website where you can get paid for doing small tasks or you can pay people to do some tasks for you. In this thread we'll be focusing on workers part of this website.

Sponsored: BeerSurveys.com - Earn 10$ per Day doing Tasks, Try Apps, Complete Surveys.

Registration:
To be able to work, you'll need to register first. NOTE* It's really important that you provide true personal informations (name, address etc.) an this is why:
1st: when you first withdraw your money, a PIN will be sent to your home address and you'll need to type it in in order for money to be sent to you. So by entering wrong address there is no way to withdraw earned money.
2nd: After registration you can't edit your personal informations
3rd: Only one account is permitted per person/IP address, so if you try to correct your mistake by making another account, both of them will be terminated and you'll be permanently banned.
So it is highly recommend to write down true informations!!

Working:
As worker there are two types of jobs:

a) Ordinary jobs – these are jobs that every member can do, most common ones are:
  • Sign up jobs – most of the times it's simple task, where you need to sign up on some website.
  • Vote in Contest task – you need to vote fore something, most of the time it's upvoting posts on reddit
  • Youtube jobs - like, share, subscribe and watch a video. Be careful with jobs that give you prewritten text, because commenting same thing on more videos can be classified as spamming and your youtube account could be banned.
  • Write a review - most of the times employer will provide you with some product that you need to present on other blogs.
  • Make an email account - mostly gmail accounts, but also yahoo.
  • There are more tasks, such as facebook like tasks, twitter tasks, completing surveys etc. But they are less common than ones mentioned above.
*After doing job, employer will ask you to submit a proof for it. Most of the time you'll need to provide email address, screenshot, username, URLs or other informations such as your IP address etc.
Doing a good job is important for two reasons
  1. You won't get paid if job isn't done as asked
  2. Poorly done tasks will lower your successes rate, and lower rate means less jobs for you.
B) Hire group jobs – if you've done a good job, your employer can put you on his list, and next time he needs a job done he can hire you. These jobs are really helpful because they are not rated like basic jobs, and you can do them regardless of your temporary success rate.

Pros and Cons:
Pros:
  1. Great and easy to use interface
  2. Compared to the similar websites (picoworkers, rapidworers), payment for tasks is really good.
  3. If you've made a mistake during tasks, most of the employers will give you a chance to revise your job.
  4. You can sort available tasks by different categories: most paying, latest tasks, time to rate etc.
  5. There are different withdrawal methods: DWolla, Moneybookers, Payoneer, Paypal.
Cons:
  1. Usually less than 100 jobs available
  2. Limited number of basic tasks that can be done in a day (temporary success rate)
  3. Long time to rate - most of the tasks are rated within 7 days
  4. After requesting first withdrawal, PIN is sent to your home address, and that can, depending on your location, take up to 2 months.
Tips:
  • Do jobs that have lower TTR (time to rate), that's the best way to keep your temporary success rate above 75% and do tasks everyday.
  • Only accept jobs that you are capable of finishing
  • Avoid jobs that give you prewritten texts to post, because most of the time they'll be considered a spam and you could be banned from website
  • Make social media accounts: facebook, twitter, instagram, snapchat, pinterest, linkedin etc. Get some followings on them and make it at least seem that they are legit.
This website has been running since 2009, so there is a lot of proof that they are paying. According to different resources, they send payments twice a week and it takes no longer than 3 days to receive payment after withdrawal request. Finally, working on this website can't be your main source of income, but is good for making some extra money.

So i just started to work on both websites. Both seem good, but it seems to me that microworkers has better offers and pays more. Maybe it's related with my location or the fact that i joined microworkers week before i joined rapidworkers. My questions are:
-What do you think is better website and why?
-Do you have any tips for getting better jobs?
-Do your job offers get better as your success rate grows?

I don't know what is status with Payoneer but they had problems with sending verification PIN on email. I must switch on mobile phone since email never come.

New payout, PayPal, 9$, one month work, PIN send on email, payout at schedule. On images are proof and my history of payouts on Microworkers.

I have joined Microworkers long time ago,but it seemed to me that the minimum withdrawal amount is very high,so I was not active there. This month I restarted my activity there, but things are moving slowly there.I just managed to get together only 1 USD and couple of cents there.

Well, the difference between Mturk and Microworers is,that Microworkers is available for international members, while Mturk as far as I know is available for USA members, and the rewards there are given in Amazon giftcards.

Scam website. I registered. Then it asked to text "Activate" to "+1 972-360-9222" from my Phone (non-USA, non-EU).

After I spent $0.5 to text, my account is still not verified as no verification code sent to my phone number.

Avoid this scam site!

I don't know anything about this error. Maybe your phone number is in wrong format but I'm sure that is not scam. I got my PIN on mobile phone recently for payout, not registration. Try contact them, here is email: [email protected] and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/microworkerscom/

I think it is possible as I have read in their rules site, that if you ask,you can receive the pin in your email address as well. Why you didn't choose that option,it would have been easier for you...

Since I have asked for a withdrawal more than a month ago, I have not seen anything yet.
As in the picture, what does this mean? Did they send the code? Who has experience with this site can advise me?
Thank you very much!

Did you receive PIN on your home address? Not email, post officer should bring you PIN home like letter. Than you can get your money. PIN is send with snail mail so you can wait it for month or more. I'm living in neighboring country and I wait it for month.

Which country do you come from? For some countries, like Pakistan if not mistaken, the site will mail a PIN to you via snail mail, thus you have to wait patiently up to one month plus for receiving the PIN, then come back to the site for key in the PIN and proceed with the payment process.

@domahu I joined this site a few years ago, and I received the PIN via snail mail within a month, if I am not mistaken. Then after I entered the PIN, I was able to receive my first payment. After that, I can just receive my payments easily.

I have read that some people didn't receive the mail with PIN successfully. You can just contact the support and see how else they can help you.

By the way, have you checked whether your address entered in the system is correct?

We need to to receive PIN via snail mail anymore since last year when I joined the site, the PIN sent via mobile or email address, we may choose either one. Try to contact the support and check it out, since it took you quite some months already.

Thank all of you for the advices. I am a vietnamese citizen and just joined this site for a short time. According to my understanding, they have a code called PIN. Once they mail the PIN out, a link will appear and I can be able to enter the PIN in there. But my withdrawal status is still pending, so I guess they have not mailed yet...

When did you request your payment, in May or in November 2018? I supposed the mail is in the way to reach you, it might take time since it mailed from other country, I supposed. You might check with the site with creating a ticket.
