Since last week, due to issue with the authentication certificate, several of Microsoft's cloud-based services like Azure, Outlook, and Office 365 are all having various issues, including the inability to access the admin panel for Azure users. The problem was started in US but a few days later it's spreading to another locations such as India and European region. Microsoft has since working hard to restore the condition but declined for commenting.

My Microsoft outlook has been working perfectly at least I haven't noticed anything wrong. However, I hope they rectify the issues soon enough since those tools are very important.

I believe that most people that experience these things needs to see if their need to update their softwaresas this may be part of the reason outside Microsoft issues

No update needed since the ones experiencing issues are the company's cloud services, which rely on internet connectivity and servers uptime, not softwares that installed in user's devices.

That is likely the case. I haven't really followed up on the situation but I guess it should have been sorted out by now or almost sorted out.

This might have been region specific because I didn't experience this at my end. Well, I hope by now the issues must have been rectified for those that experienced this issue

I know this thread is a month old but I too never observed anything weird. Granted, I mainly use Safari and other iOS products. But I do have an outlook account I use for business and my Skype is linked to a Microsoft account - but luckily, no issues there. Hopefully, it's all sorted for everyone who experienced issues.

The cloud service was evaluated in our office. It did not pass the panel of evaluators because of the internet issue. You cannot run a cloud service when there is no internet access.

I think the problem with the Microsoft suite is it's very cumbersome and clunky. I don't know if it's because I'm on iOS but honestly, whenever I try to use say Word for Mac, everything slows right down, the beach ball goes crazy, the system stops and starts. I think they seriously need to overhaul the whole thing, speed it up and fine tune it.

It was very nice to have watched the initial battle of the cloud services between Google cloud services and Amazon cloud services and Microsoft cloud services. Right now I believe that Amazon cloud services is the clear winner and it will have to take a lot of time and investment before any other one will be able to topple it.

This is a particular situation that has been happening with the Azure cloud for a very long time now and it's usually occurs to currently. I hope that Microsoft should be able to come forward and give a good explanation and also put measures to ensure that things like this do not happen as often as they are doing right now.
