Employees prefer to "work from home", and companies want employees to return to the office. Some companies, who cannot fight employees but want them in office, have made arrangements to work in hybrid mode, but the companies are not finding it beneficial. Startups in particular, which are in dire need of employees, have explored alternatives to offering rewards for office attendance.

The world has gone digital so office presence for employees will reduce over time why this may have a disadvantage for some organisations others we see it as a way of cutting cost because there may not be need for a physical office for certain businesses to survive.

That is what I also considered, however certain companies disagree. Even technical enterprises, who pioneered the work-from-home system, have told employees to work from the office on weekdays.

it should be official most companies definitely would like that their employees work in theur facilities and work according to timings they do can provide entertainment options to keep employees motivated actually for work though which should be a good option indeed

The fact is that some organizations will soon split their working styles. Most will have to work from home because this is very possible while those in technical aspects of the organization will have to be in the office.

indeed technical organisations can never think about this option they need people to cordinate with them and work as they should have the opportunity to watch over their employees and this is only possible from an working cospace actually indeed .

The faster an organization knows and understands that the future of work is remote and finds creative ways to adapt to them, the better for that organization. No matter the incentives on offer for work to return to the offices, people would still prefer the convenience of working remotely.

I think providing entertainment options would cost companies both money and time; this won't attract employees. Moreover, employees want a home environment, so rewarding them would make employees work from the office to earn extra.

If most organisations quote consider the cost of operation especially Banks I think it will be better for them to allowed some of their staff who are into act and all that to work-from-home why those who will deal with physical customers come to the bank. This way the bank and court cost of certain things.

Employees don't want to go back to offices. Even the ones that have no option but to work in offices would jump at an opportunity to work remotely. The only kind of organizations that would keep on having on site workers in the future would be manufacturing companies and it would take a very high renumeration to keep people working in such places.

This can include things like free lunches, office happy hours, or even cash bonuses. The idea is to encourage more employees to come into the office and foster collaboration and productivity. Some experts argue that this is a misguided approach, as it can create a sense of division between remote and office workers

Attendance at work can contribute to higher productivity. Employees who are present may help contribute to the team's goals and work on projects without being interrupted by frequent absences. Furthermore, an attendance culture can help to establish a positive workplace environment. When employees understand that their presence is appreciated, it can help to foster a more welcoming workplace.

Most employees, after working from hope during the pandemic period will always want to work from home and see no reason why remote job won't work since it's something they have done before.

All these can also be realistically achieved by a remote work team provided efficient communication channels are established between the team members. I think the idea of being physically present at work has gone obsolete when it is clearly evident that such work responsibilities can be done remotely without affecting delivery.

I believe productivity can be achieved more in office than at home. Moreover, workers tends to cooperate and bond better in office than in homes. While virtual office is becoming rampant and popular, been physical present in office is still the best. It gives the workers opportunity to discuss and proffer solutions to diverse challenges they are facing physically.

Many employees have enjoyed the flexibility and increased productivity that comes with working from home, and they are resistant to returning to the office. At the same time, companies are concerned about a loss of productivity, collaboration, and culture that can occur when employees are dispersed.
