I have heard about medium and it's a nice place for writers. I tried to register but they told me sorry they're not accepting writers from my region. It pained me but I read some articles there and moved on. There're other opportunities, just that I love the platform.

It's good to meet someone who has the experience to share with us. Medium definitely is a reputated name and being accepted there as a writer would be something of honour. Can you provide some information like pay rate and mode of payment. Do they give upfront payment or it's based on views.? What's the minimum to request for payout?

It's not good that the site only uses one payment processor as the payment process is not available in a quite a few countries and this in turn prevents a lot of people from making use of this opportunity even though it seems to be quite a good one but many are going to have to look elsewhere. This site does have some interesting information on it though.

I just watch all discussion about site from everyone, seem as it is good site for begining but regret when see to final pages, I can't work here because with list of countries to accept member, I don't see my country therefore I can't register and work and it register for this problem. I checked this platform. Earlier it was not open for Indian writers to earn. They have recently added Indian writers to be able to earn from August 2023. But to be able to earn, one needs to be a paid member. One has to pay five dollars per month to be able to earn. And there is no upfront payment. One earns on the basis of viewership and the appreciations that the article gets. All this was discouraging for me. I didn't explore it more.
