Those aren't VPN addresses, but merely IPV6 addresses, the successor of IPV4 addresses (the normal ones). You can also check Wikipedia for this:

An IPv6 address is represented as eight groups of four hexadecimal digits, each group representing 16 bits (two octets, a group sometimes also called a hextet). The groups are separated by colons (:). An example of an IPv6 address is: 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334.

The script already filters out all kinds of VPN and other datacenter IPs, so I don't know what's the matter with you. Besides, I am pretty sure if you check your adsense you will have gained money from my links, (you have already asked for my source and I proved it to you)
