Everyone wants to become rich and successful in businesses, but not everyone has the quality for it. There are many businesses that can't go upto the succesful businesses category, some even have to go bankrupt and collapsed. Only best of them will reach the Toppers list.

The quality that is required to take our business to sky high, is leadership. It itself consists of small components like hard work, problem solving capabilities, management etc. When we develop our leadership qualities better , that will surely help in oveall progress of our business.
 
It's very important and imperative for one to have some qualities before to consider the kind person as good leader. The person must have strength, hard working, command, good communication, ability to solve problem public relations etc.

Exactly. A good and competent manager must able to know how to manage a business/company smoothly with his/her employees, manager must know All the way to motivate employees, he/she must have good relationship with them.

That's the valid list from you. A good manager must be able to understand the ability and weakness of all his/her workers. And he/she must be a person that won't be biased on any issue bring before him/her.

Very great topic indeed,its very important to be a leader and a leader with vision.But you must be open to listen to other ideas and the needs of your team technically and untechnically for the so purpose of developing the business.

But above all the leader has to be the one to show the way on how the things are supposed to be done.
 
My take on a good leader is one who is calm and patient but firm with the decision he makes. He is also strict with the rules but there is a grain of diplomacy all the time.
 
It is easier said than done more especially in cases where the business is in the offing.Making people believe in an idea is very terrible to do unless you meet like minds.
 
Depends on the business , as some businesses like solo businesses in that one you don't really need to have leadership you just need to be wise with your business
 
It's also worthy to note that manager should have the necessary for planning for the business and if you do not have what the skills required, you can employ someone.
 
A leader must be able to lead well. How do you lead? You lead by example, by putting on exemplary characters that is worthy of emulation
Sadly though that there are leaders out their who can't even properly lead by example to their employees and the employees have to work harder just to impress the leader
