People with no leadership skills can't sustain a business. This is one of the rain why some businesses after their growth they tend to stop down from their post even though they own the business. I think that the most important quality that you should have if you are a leader is that you have to be able to convince and lead people to give them that sense of confidence and faith and trust in you as well because that is what will get them to follow you in your business.
