Hello Everyone,

I have seen an ad in last few days that you can mine BTC while browsing on web using Google Chrome so I want to know whether it is safe to mine BTC via Google Chrome. Is it anyway can harm our accounts on other sites when mining BTC using Google Chrome? Please suggest.

Thank You

I have been mining with my laptop, i have not had problems with it though it makes the computer slow. From the reviews i have read online, bitcoin mining on CPU does not pose threats to the security of your data - however, as for me, i turn of cryptotab when i want to visit sensitive sites and then clear history before i switch it back on. Quite tedious but to be safe you know.

Today i received my 2nd payment and so far so good. If you would like to join me use this getcryptotablink

Mining with browsers (with cpu) is impossible for bitcoin directly so i bet all these websites are mining cryptonight algorithm (such as monero) and then the website converts into btc (similar with selling) so a comision is taken.
I mine monero on faucethub (see my sgnature if you wanna try) and i get btc ,every 100 satoshi, in balance (im using firefox). The faucethub network (mexicantarget) is trusted and i do not trust new websites specially if they are paying directly to wallet and not through faucethub. Except nicehash.
Best is when you mine on your own with CPU using miner program such claymore, or wolf, or even the one from nicehash website which takes a fee of 1% up to 2%. But for this you need a good computer and these programs are compatible with windows 7 or higher . I have an old PC and im still using windows xp and ive tried many programs without success. That's why i have to mine in browser. Once i have saved enough and buy a new computer i will mine on my own with CPU.
Best for mining cryptonight are Ryzen processors with at least 2 cores and 4 threads to mine while working on the computer .(to set a percentage to be used by CPU for this task). The higher amount the Cache it has the better. Therefore you need a Ryzen 5 1400 or higher.
A cheaper alternative for such Ryzens are the FX 8350 but the FX uses more energy and the platform AM3+ cant be upgraded with a good CPU (FX 9370 and FX 9590 are not worth it) . FX 8350 is the best buy option from AM3+ and best end CPU for this platform. Instead of replacing FX 8350 with something else on AM3+ ,better move to AM4 platform and buy a low Ryzen then later you can upgrade to a better Ryzen.

This is the best start if you wish to grow your capital in a year or more. Now is the perfect time to earn cryptos, while they are cheap. Not only buy, but mine as well. I bought a cloud mining contract and, for now the profitness is not of the best ones, however, I'm sure that If I keep my money in Bitcoins they will grow once that rise starts (and it will start, I'm sure). More than that, many services have great discounts in order to attract more people in this 'collapse' period. For example, there's a promo code for 25% discount for hashflare.

What's the minimum withdrawal and what payment methods do they use?

I have reached more than 1000 referrals at CryptoTab so in this way I can withdraw almost every day. Thanks to my 1011 (sub)referrals at CryptoTab. See also my payment proof below.

I would say that it's relatively safe to mine BTC via Google Chrome. However, I think it won't be profitable at all for you unfortunately.

So its ok, I have a few sites that offer mining.. what if i put the site on my phone and let it mine all day long? Can I do that.. free bit coin offers this mining.

I am always wondering if mining via Google Chrome or our computer is safe, it's good to know it won't pose any threats though I understand it's definitely slowing down our computer since it's using our computer resources. Perhaps I will consider mining in future too. :p

Thanks for sharing!

Hello dear good day to you

I can give some advice if you like that just accept

First download and install antivirus to protect your pc or lap and don't store your login details in what device you use to mine

Good luck dear

I don't think there is any issues mining bitcoin with google chrome browser, but note that your earning would be low , and i suggest you download crypto tab browser if you want to earn by browsing

I don't think mining through searching on browser are much profitable. You may use cryptotab as I heard that they are much better at service and mining.

I don't think Google chrome has such feature that enables people to mine through it. The popular ones are cryptotab browser and brave browser .

I know of cryptotab but never heard that you could mine any crypto through Google chrome or any other browser for that matter.

There some faucet sites i have seen that you can use google chrome to mine coins apart from crypto tab but there are few legit ones and many are scams

To be honest, mining on computers are not profitable if you take into account the electricity charges and bandwidth. I use Cryptotab browser to mine but again despite having 300+ referrals, I get paid $1 worth of bitcoins every month. So, it's a small change. Another better option is to join a mining pool; I use Dualmine for the same. Your returns are dependent on your investment and duration of the contract.

I have encountred many websites that actually do this, but the earnings you will get are extremely not worth it
Exactly.. someone even said it's probably more profitable to sell the computer or laptop instead of using them to mine Bitcoin.. perhaps other currency
