True. That's exactly what I mean. Not every product can be carried by drones. So, a big company like Amazon have human-delivery and drones-delivery. I think it should be by choice though.
Exactly there are some high goods , those ones needs trucks ,but goods like cakes , beverages could be easily carried from one from one place to another

Yeah I know of Amazon , because I saw a video of a certain drone then delivering fragile item like cake to a certain house , but the thing is that there must have high security in such location

There have been a lot of speculation in the past about plans for Amazon to start delivering products for people through drones. This is a plan still in progress but as at now Amazon only uses physical courier services in order to deliver a box to their customers in all countries.

Amazon has been throwing some hints in the past that they might consider using drones and artificial intelligence in order to deliver to their customers their product. There are some local deliveries companies in some African countries that are already employing this kind of method and I just hope to see how this is going to grow .

I am wondering how robots will be able to deliver goods bought through Amazon to customers , do those robot have map of every where inscribed in them
There was a company in Ghana of recent who was trying to experiment how they were going to use drones in sending fertilizers to farmers in the farm and also to be monitoring the farm against rodents. This is what Amazon is trying to achieve and I know that is just a matter of time before they start using these robots to deliver products

Then if this is achieved it is possible that Amazon can use drones to deliver goes to customers. The only thing is that addresses of such customers must be captured on Google map in which the drone can use to track them and deliver the goods appropriately. I also read online that now we have robots escorts.

Well, I don't know about the use of robots to deliver goods, what I do know is they make use of robotic mechanics in their warehouses. I think there is a documentary On youtube about it.
Thats exactly what the poster was trying to clarify and you have just confirmed it , the robot mechanics in their warehouse at working There sorting out goods to be shipped to different countries once it has been ordered by the customers online.

Amazon cannot deliver products to our location here , so I cannot say it directly if they are using robot to deliver it or not but there was a time they were announcing about it, I think they are having a plan of that but now I don't really know if they have been able to implement it. I believe if it is truly implemented we could have had more information about it because we could have read about it on the news.

In reality, they have begun to develop a delivery system with drones called 'Prime Air'. The company first showcased such concept back in 2013. In 2019, the FAA, or the authority on airplane in the US, issued a Special Airworthiness Certificate for Amazon. But even today, the company is still struggling to make the concept a reality. So, the program is in development, and hasn't started yet.

I believe we cannot deny the fact that Amazon has been wanting to control the entire supply chain. The company has come out in the past to say that it does not have any plans in order to deploy robots but we can believe that it is a plan in progress. There is a software company around here that usually use robots in order to deliver far more materials to farmers.
