Indian government has been controversial about Crypto currencies for a very long time but recent update shows that government has sets up a new regulatory panel to reconsider its stance on cryptocurrency trading in India,

This new panel is likely to saddle with responsibility to find out ways to regulate crypto assets and handle them differently from fiat. The panel could also work closely with the Reserve Bank of India on any proposed digital Rupee project

That's better. I just hope it doesn't affect the indian traders and holders badly instead. I hope it benefits everyone and lessen illegal activities using Cryptocurrency

Yeah that's fair enough for the cryptocurrencies traders and enthusiasts. They now can freely trade cryptocurrencies though some of the banks are cautious about cryptocurrencies.

Regulated it mean putting goverment eyes on crypto world. Indian goverment smart to gain profit from the crypto currency and that is why they don't banned crypto but supervising it...
Not surprising i guess cause that is what goverment do..

could this be influenced by the big news by big companies having association with crypto currency? I mean Tesla is setting up a [plant in India if not they already have and Tesla will continue to associate themselves with crypto currency for now At least irrespective of the distinct coin they will adopt.

I think that this is a much better stance to take when it comes to cryptocurrency because then it still shows their partial acceptance of it, and expresses their caution towards crypto at the same time.

It might affect the traders , because when they want to regulate crypto they might start charging tax and others for those that are trading crypto

I don't know from where you listen it. I am from India and I don't read or listen about it. Yesterday its price of bitcoin fall down to 35 k and today It is 40K Today I read in news paper that China order to their banks to stop dealing in bitcoin

If you read the statement very well I did not say they have regulated it but they will regulate it so it is very possible you won't know until they officially released the statement because most of this Media outlets do have insiders to give them update.

It is possibly that's not be announced officially but as you can see someone donated in cryptocurrency to India to enable them fight covid, this is an indication.

Yeah i saw the indication and i really hope they could keep up to the stance and for now they have not shown any motive to ban crypto ,because they acepted the crypto to fight covid

Most African countries may be forced technically to adopt cryptocurrency simply by government of other countries giving them assistance through cryptocurrencies.

It's good that Indian government accept crypto in their country. I think this will motivate other countries that fail to accept it

This is true and those sender countries should always make use of crypto currency. To finally convince them to make more use of it

Cashless economy objective will be easier to achieve with Crypto Currencies as people are already getting more awarenesses about digital Currencies already.

More of the younger ones in my country and it seems the older ones are still skeptical about the use of crypto currency and other digital currency

Yes the older ones will definitely be sceptical because they are not in trend of the current digital advancement so it is normal but when the country is abke to legalize it fully they will definitely put interest in it.
