I am confused whether i should start working on it or not because this forum platform has marked it as scam but they did not prove it wrong. judgement was based on assumption so i just need to confirm about it.

Both these articles have made a lot of false statements about the program and some of the information is true.
I don't have time to explain each point.
You can pretty much judge any business this way and speculate whether it's a scam or legit.

Maybe Amazon is a scam or eBay or BMF because it doesn't have a product.

If we all started thinking this way no one would ever make money online.

Amazon have their own and are selling other products. Ebay is auction/selling sites and charges a fee. BMF has ads and promotes programs. So they all have business and are making money.
Virtual shares, virtual houses is not a business. On those kind of sites the new investors are the business. They take their money to pay the old investors, and when the money pot grows considerably the site disappears with all the investors money.

Promoting those kind of sites is not helping the people who want to learn how to make few bucks a day online

I dont think you should be the one to determine what programs should and should not be promoted, people who join HYIPs should understand the risks and no one forces anyone here or lies or deceived or tricks or lures anyone into anything, I have always been transparent about what i promote and I don't only promote HYIPs or MLMs. Some people join HYIPs just for fun and don't take it so seriously and get all emotinal about it like you and a few other have.

Don't invest in HYIPs! They clearly not for you I get that, you don't have to come on all my posts and smear them. Rather focus on something positive like making a legit platform for all of us to come make money on

So those are long term sites that still pay, that is why I try out HYIPs, I am entitled to do that if I like and I am allowed to promote them when I can show proof of payment, I have done nothing but share my experience and results and then I have guys like you come after me with false accusations... The sites are still running, that doesn't make them legit. You can't even get your initial investment back on those site. At least not without referring others.
You are just fishing for referrals, you don't care if the program is paying or not. Without investing you stand nothing to lose. You get percentage of your referrals investment. And if you manage to withdraw some of those funds you are in profit. You make profit, while others are taking risks.

I have no interest in arguing with you anymore. But promoting all kinds of crappy sites, just because you stand to make profit, while your referral might lose money is a no-no.

You are very narrow minded.

As a way out, there is paid surveys. If you can a find legitimate survey providing website, you can join and earn money. But remember you cannot get rich by doing paid surveys but consider as pocket money
