i saw a lot of people pre-ordering and investing in some projects that are even still ideas and not released yet, so i'm wondering how can this be done ?

I guess it's because those new investors actually find the project promising and this would motivate them to invest in the project also

A good project attract good investors,if the project is expensive then I can tell you investors will be looking for that project.but sometime you see that investors will come and negotiation will never meet their demand so they have to left,its better you award a good contract

well if your project is unique and it makes some effective change in the human life's along with giving them a way to earn passively , A lot of people will figure out if the project is worth it or not , your idea is the most important , along with the clarity and your investors should always be the ones supporting you and you should treat them honestly and like your best friends to succeed

Yeah a good project attract investors that's why most times investors love to see the capabilities of your work before investing in it

The more detailed your plans are, and the more you know what EXACTLY you are wanting to do, the more likely investors would invest in you, because they believe in you, and how much information you give. Also, getting a project before it's release can be a good way to snag something up before it gets any worth. An idea has some worth, but the actions that someone takes really adds to value, so if you get a business that hasn't taken many actions towards their goal, it can drastically decrease the value of it because there are no results.

If your project is promising, you can try crowdfunding sites to fund your project. You can try GoFund, Indigo, Kickstarter, etc. Crowdfunding can help you get started with your project even if you do not have enough money for your business.

Crowdfunding is a good way but unfortunately some good sites are restricted to mostly tier 1 countries, so where one reside can be major factor with crowdfunding and again the type of project can also make or msr the process

Yes that is true a good project will always attract a good investor because it has what its take to motivate the investor,but for this reason I beleived that you dont just expect the investor to come on their own you must showcase the project for them to see or invite them.

Some buisness man wants profits and believe that in which they invest it will take be fruitful for them in future so they take risk and invest in those projects, and the project owners get investors by advertisement.

what type of risk do you mean?I dont think that any project that involved risk really worth trying,to get investor first advertise your project allow them to access it after the accesment they may assign the right person that can discharge that project to it.

If you have friend, or family living in Tier 1 country, you can still try this. Another better way is to look for angel investors. Angel investors are people who can invest in anything without worrying about loss.

This angel investors would have been a very good option but the issue is getting to see or knowing them to contact. How can one go ahead with this angel investor stuff?
