I won't do something like this personally because it is not the best, I always promised myself that whatever I do as a source of my earning should not be a problem to people, because there is not happiness in such except they are against me.
Being a manager can truly force you to do some things that you wouldn't otherwise think of doing. For example, going as far as firing some people so that the business can run well. In the back of your mind, you feel really guilty and sad that you have to render people jobless. But because they were being a liability to the business, you just had to through with the hard task of firing them.
That's absolutely correct. It doesn't feel so good because when firing someone or even after firing someone you feel a bit restless and kind of angry for no reason but inwardly you know you are doing what's best for the business growth.
Sure, but it is important to note that these are special cases and are justified, unless you just fired someone who has not committed an offense that is when you would be disturbed greatly, but provided it was done out of and within the rules and regulations of the company, there is no need to feel bad at all, because if such employees had remained without you taking the appropriate action, then it would have been disastrous to you too when the management get to find out and realized you did not deal with the offender as you should.
Yes many people just choose to break with outside environnement just for the sake of their jobs , I don't think that will be my choice too , even though I think may be those kind of people are more focusing on their jobs , but that also will hinder you to get beneficial advices from others .
Yes this is a truth that we lived in , so many employees ignoring or just don't care as long as get their salaries from the company or the state . I think it will be better if there is an engagement between workers for enhancing their situation of their job but couldn't do anything to change that behavior .
Your point of view looks very principal , we shouldn't accept the job or the alms of we asked to do against our ethics , for instance , I couldn't imagine work as a spy cause I think that is bad but many people will accept for the sake of money , I think that we have same principles .
it doesn't make sense putting your life in a risky situation because such a situation will never end well. infact any work or job that will come with such a decision is dangerous and should be avoided. The funny thing is that good jobs don't give such stress.
You shouldn't risk it for any company, and again no company that values man power will be so demanding of that nature. Wonderful she productive companies value human health so much, even offering workers time off to take care of their health issues when they are faced with one.
