Some people out their work their whole life just to get money in order to buy the things they want in life. Some even go insane with their job and break bridges with other people, Some people even don't care anymore with other people as long as they do their job and they get payed. How much are you actually willing to risk for your job? are you willing to hurt others just for the sake of your job?

You have made a valid point. In fact, salary is what they pay to the employees to forget their dreams. Risking too much is always not a good advice especially if the business is being owned by just a private individual.
I have had instances where I had to have to throw a colleague to the bus and hang him there to get favour from the boss but I refused and instead defended him. All these issues of risking even human relationships for a job are borne out of power play and greed.

To work and make a living for it is not really a easy task to achieve. I can take a lot of risk to work and earn a living but not to the extent of putting my life or others people lives on the line because of my job.
I also can take risks for my business but I always make sure that I don't risk my life for a business. No matter what happens, our lives should be taken care of but aside that, we can risk so much for businesses

People can go any length to get favored by their bosses. I have reason along with you that people do this most because they are greedy. You never can tell. People always believe in doing whatever you can to make it.

While some people may feel that they need to prioritize work over other aspects of their life in order to achieve success, it's important to remember that personal relationships and well-being are also essential for a fulfilling life. It's not worth sacrificing personal relationships or ethical principles for the sake of work.

understanding the well being of works and others , most people are willing to risk a lot for their jobs , like they are actually ready to risk a lot of money for their jobs , it's good they understand the job princples and many more

This is a difficult question to answer, as it can depend on a variety of factors. Generally, most people are willing to take some risks in order to advance in their career. For example, many people are willing to work long hours or take on additional responsibilities, but they may not be willing to relocate or accept a position that has a high risk of job loss.
