I am from Ghana in the west Africa and have been trying to make money online several years now, but the income is not consistent.
I started as a freelancer working for client in US as VA listing products and checking inventory on Amazon seller central and earning $1.30 per hour.
After two years I quit and started affiliate marketing on JVZoo and things were moving smoothly but later the inconsistent income ceised, since then I have been trying several ways to make at least $3.40 per day but to no avail.

I am thinking may be I can find the right way or I am not doing it the right way or better still, due to my location I don't have access to the right/best ways.

I need the right direction(s) and instructions that can help me to make at least $3.40 per day online despite my location (Ghana)

It is very possible to make $4 in a day online provided you have the right skills. You can leverage on freelancing platforms like upwork and fiverr to make such an amount in the day.

You can try surveys Apps like Pawns (minimum withdrawal: $5) or/and GrabPoints (Minimum withdrawal: $1), available on both iOS & Android.

I don't think it's easy to make $4 in a day. I have been on the site for many years but have not been able to make more than $1. I mostly work on the PTP sites, and the payment rates there are very low. You cannot expect more earnings from them. You need to learn about affiliate marketing and should work hard on it.

Some stray thoughts -

1. Take good pictures, sell stock pictures
2. Take good notes, sell notes (e.g. in college, high-school, etc.)
3. Buy/Sell Pokemon Cards, comics, coins, etc.
   Used to trade cards quite a lot, offline, and noticed the value of them increasing immediately after release, and dying a few weeks after. If you can find those cards, buy them quick and sell them even quicker - you can potentially make money.
4. Buy low, sell high - Stocks, FX, anything you're good at.
5. Get invites, sell invites (e.g. Inbox by Gmail, OnePlus)
6. Buy tickets to local events, sell at a higher price near end-date
7. Buy domains to popular websites in unexplored countries, sell back at crazy prices (e.g. look at YouTube Vietnam)
8. Rescue stray cats. Start a YouTube channel. Go viral.

There are so many ways which that can be done I want to ask which country you are operating from if you operate from top tier country definitely you can earn this amount easily by completing survey

If you want to be able to make up to four dollars per day, I believe the best way would be to get a skill. You could go into affiliate marketing, graphic designing and the likes, start a gig for yourself that would help you develop money.

I think the best way to make money online is to start something that would be of value to people and sell it.Another way would be to invest in something that holds intrinsic value eg a manufacturing company,real estate companies,etc.Another way would be to speculate on the forex,stock and crypto markets capitalizing on these market's inefficiencies

$4 in a day is a pretty possible target and can be easily achieved. You can try freelancing sites like Upwork and Fiverr. But you might not find the suitable freelancing jib every day, so the consistency in the earnings might not be there. Do fill in your empty time with forums and paid survey sites ( what works for your location) and keep up with the consistency. If you put in your devoted time and effort, you will have days where you might make more than that.

Let me preface this by saying I don't want to accuse you of making things up without cause. However, your story does seem a little suspicious. Why would you quit a job, as someone living in Ghana, that was paying you $1.30 per hour working online? That may not seem like much to someone living in the West, but for many in a tier 3 country, securing even just a few dollars per day can make a huge difference. Steady work checking inventory and listings on Amazon gave you a reliable income stream. Unless the conditions were unsafe or illegal, it doesn't make sense that you'd walk away from that guaranteed pay just to try your luck with less stable affiliate marketing instead.

Getting 4 dollar daily can be an exhaustive approach. I think more appropriate approach should be 120 dollars monthly which does become 4 dollars daily but with less stress. One can combine multiple websites to achieve this goal but that will require quite a time and work.

It is always very tasking to make such amount of $4 especially if you are not employed full-time online. But I always believed that some skills could earn you more than $4 daily. Some high risk business and investment such as forex and cryptocurrency trading could be what one needs to make money online. But you need to be highly skilled for you to earn you such money..
