There have been instance that I have noticed recently. In offline marketing business, A person was appointed to a post for full time. He was given a salary of around 10,000 US equivalent local currency. The job is related to field work, need to go and sell the investment schemes.

But we were shocked to know that he had hired another person under him and used to pay him 3000 USD for doing his job in place of him. So he was getting, 7000 USD for doing practically managing the taks. Later he was fired from the job after authority came to know of this. Do you really prefer hiring someone to work for you?

It is important to consider the budget and the resources that you have at your disposal before you think of hiring anyone and this includes the salary, benefit, training or you also put in consideration the overhead cost.

It is necessary to conduct research in the labor laws because you must understanding how things operate and you must know the requirement that is needed and you must comply with the necessary regulation.

It is very necessary to utilize online job boards because this is where you can gain access to potential candidate for the job that you need help for. You can also use social media platforms as well.

It is very necessary for you to consider conducting different kinds of background checks on the skills of the candidate that you chose and you also need to verify their credentials as well.

Hiring someone to take your place while you reap the advantages is, in my opinion, unfair. LOL. It is not fair to the company for which you work. You mislead them and may have put the organization at risk, particularly if you are requested to complete a confidential job.

I think that if you hire someone and share the salary with the other person, then this could be unfair in case if the policies and terms of the company clearly mention that this is not permissible. Under such kind of conditions, the employee could be in trouble. This is because you are not the one who is actually working. It is someone else working for you. However, it could be permissible under other circumstances. For example, you could create a gig on Fiverr and hire someone else to do the work. I am quite sure companies like Fiverr won't have any problem with this.
