There have been instance that I have noticed recently. In offline marketing business, A person was appointed to a post for full time. He was given a salary of around 10,000 US equivalent local currency. The job is related to field work, need to go and sell the investment schemes.

But we were shocked to know that he had hired another person under him and used to pay him 3000 USD for doing his job in place of him. So he was getting, 7000 USD for doing practically managing the taks. Later he was fired from the job after authority came to know of this. Do you really prefer hiring someone to work for you?

That is so funny. Why would he hire another person to do his work? What if she was not as competent as he was? I would never do such a thing, I prefer doing the work I was hired to do on my own.

Might be because he was lazy. I heard that he was having three to four jobs at a time. He was taking all the jobs as a part time. That may be the reason he had to hire someone under him, so that he can have more free time and space.

Ooh, that sounds reasonable if he had other jobs to do. I thought he was just being lazy. Its so unfortunate that he was caught and he got fired.

Haha! But that doesn't work for him either. The company later found his such tricks, and later fired him. Though now he is doing job in another company. But he does the same thing there again too. Too adventurous he is l must say ?.

I will suggest you to choose wisely who ever will work for you

The respective person must be competent enough and must agree to to the policies which will be set by you or your respective company.
I think yoj didn't read the thread post early. Its not abour hiring people to work under you. Its hiring for work in place of you. In offline this incident happen in our locality.

The person should have understood if the sharing of confidential information was approved by the local company he was working for and from the look of things it appears it was not.

So the lesson to take is to ensure the contract stipulates the competence you require from your would-be employees as an employer. The competence also borders on the confidentiality exhibited by people who have access to certain privileges from the company.

Such thing people never share with the companies. He was one way scamming the company. The firm had hired him due to his proficiency, but if he hires another one in place of himself, then these acts deserves to be penalised.

Yeah, for the person to be found it means he was not being careful and he accepted too many responsibilities which ended up overwhelming him in the execution of his or her duties. But if the job needed him not to interact with anyone in the company he could hire someone to do the work for them provided there was a lot of confidentiality and professionalism in all angles.

Well, it would seem he was just being smart about getting his job done but I have to agree it was quite unethical professionally except the employment contract states otherwise.
When we have a full time job and that is also we have joined with our own qualification and hard work, we must be loyal and honest toward that job. We should do such things which will honor the integrity of self as well as the company.

Absolutely! Unfortunately, there are so many who don't see anything bad in cutting corners provided they are able to achieve their aim. The case you have presented is an example of such deceptions that abound in the work place.

Ultimately he got what he deserved. We should never take our job granted. We will come to know about its value when we won't have it anymore. The person still regrets after the incidents, but that's does not matter anymore.

That's bad idea for employee to hire another person to be doing your work. I can't ever do such thing in my life, if I have another business that I have to be attending to, then I will hire someone to be doing that for me or I will quit the job.

Even I will also not higher under me. It is better to quit the job than hiring under you illegally. Companies should fire them out so that it can be example to others staffs.

That's the best thing for the company to do, if the both get fired by the company because what they did is an illegal action.

The mistake the person made was not finding out if such things was accepted in the company, i have seen some companies that allow their workers hire their own personal assistant. But the company has no hand in paying such persons. An employee decides to hire his own personal assistant they would be in charge of paying that person from their own purse. But in some companies it is totally not acceptable
You are correct. Maybe the such action is not allowed in that company or maybe the person that hired another person is not take a proper way to do so, it might be illegal way.

Hiring someone to work for you is better but for me I own a business and I think that when am not around my sister do manage my business for me but for now I think that am planing to hire someone that have God fearing mind to work on my behave.

So far the person his delivering his task efficiently i don't see any issue there. I am paid to work and yours is to see the work equivalent of the pay am taking.so if i decide to hire someone to do the work shouldn't be a problem so far the job is done and delivered on time but where problem will lie is when the hired person is not delivering and it is affecting the firm
