I can't really tell if there's are some country's which aren't allowed. A friend of mine from uk made an account there successfully.

Does it need any documents to verify users? I am pretty sure if it is a Bank then it will ask some docs please tell me if they ask you any proof like KYC or anything else.

There's a difference between withdraw and sending.
The wird withdraw is often used when you earn something but it isn't on your wallet. So you "withdraw" your money from someone's wallet to your wallet.
but in this case the 15€ (16.40$) are on your wallet so you don't withdraw it, you just send it

I'm afraid Srilanka is not supported by Bitwala. Interestingly, people from Bangladesh can register.
